Fuyez ce sont des voleurs!! J'avais une location d'un montant de 80€ pour 1 semaine. Arrivé au guichet pour prendre la voiture on m'a forcé à prendre une assurance zéro franchise sous prétexte que ma CB était une carte de débit, hors c'est bien une carte de crédit, c'est marqué dessus!!! Ils n'ont jamais voulu me donner la voiture tant que je ne payais pas 150€ en plus!!!! Ce sont des arnaqueurs!!!!

Really poor experience of being ripped off due to not being able to use my credit card. Spoilt the whole start of the holiday. Maybe donate right thing AVIA Zadar and help customers rather than charging them excessively for your insurance. Also the car clean policy is a joke. Washed the car the night before and then had to pay some extra as the interior wasn’t clean enough. We don’t take a hoover on holiday…. I’ll only make this mistake once with this company, so watch out!!

Very disappointing experience with Avia Zadar. I was charged €323 for a barely visible scratch on the plastic wheel cover — even though the cause of the damage was unclear and no proper inspection was done when I picked up the car. What’s more frustrating is that a brand new replacement for this part costs only €20–30, yet I was asked to pay over ten times that amount. When returning the car, the staff inspected it excessively, seemingly trying to find any minor flaw to justify extra charges. The whole process felt unfair, opportunistic, and unprofessional.

Wynajęliśmy skutery 125 , wszystko poszło pomyślnie , jedynie co mają stare kaski , i podczas jazdy odkręciła się śrubka i wyleciało mocowanie szybki . Po oddaniu kasku grzecznie poinformowalam że coś takiego się stało . Na co Pan z obsługi powiedział że kask jest uszkodzony przez nas i mieliśmy przynieść części do nich . Oczywiście małą śrubkę znaleźć na drodze gdzie jest ruch byłoby z naszej strony nieodpowiedzialne i ryzykowne . I za coś takiego skasowali 45 euro , gdzie wina nie leżała po naszej stronie a po stronie wypożyczalni w jakim stanie mają kaski ... Ewidentnie ta wypożyczalnia naciąga klienta i nie pomaga w takich sytuacjach . Sprawdzajcie swoje kaski :(

Finger weg von Avia. Ein Stern ist zu viel. Absolute Abzocke. Die Kaution kann über die comdirect-Visa-KREDITKARTE nicht geblockt werden. Das Aufschwatzen einer zusätzlichen Versicherung, für die on top ein Zuschlag von fast +200% berechnet wird, ist aber auf einmal mit derselben Karte möglich!? Absolute Frechheit! Zudem wurde mir ein Mittelklasse-Wagen zugewiesen. Aufgrund meines Aufenthalts in der Altstadt wollte ich explizit wegen der besseren Parksitution einen Kleinwagen. Auch dies wurde verweigert. Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die nur gebrochenes Englisch sprechen. Schämt euch & gute Nacht Avia rent a car in Zadar!!!

Great experience renting a car. But would recommend to reserve the vehicle online as seem to be getting a better deal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to rent a vehicle and would recommend it!

Let op!!! Auto gehuurd in Zadar. Auto hebben we vies meegekregen en netjes afgeleverd zonfer hem te wasswn maar auto zag er erg netjes uit. 25 euro werd in rekening gebracht omdat de auto niet schoon was. Vervolgens 45 euro extra in rekening gebracht omdat het knopje van het lusje van de hoedenplank er niet meer in zat en het lusje er niet omheen kon. Pas op met hier auto's te huren ze vinden altijd extra dingen om extra geld in rekening te brengen.

Cestujeme po světě a tohle jsme zažily poprvé. Přiletěly jsme později a musely zaplatit o 40 euro víc.. a pote mi rekli ze nam nepujci auto jelikoz rezervace je na nekoho kdo neni ridic a nemuzou napsat jineho ridice, kdo bude ridit… totalni katastrofa

Auf keinen Fall diese Vermietung buchen! Es gibt genug andere. Musste mind. 1 Stunde warten weil JEDER/E ! in der Schlange vor mir Probleme mit der Kreditkarte hatte. Man hat die Wahl gleich 9 Euro für die Reinigung zu bezahlen oder 12 bei der Rückgabe, wenn das Auto nicht sauber genug ist. Will man sein Auto vor 8:00 Uhr zurück geben, kostet das 50 Euro extra. Vor 7:00 nochmal mehr. Schon lange keinen so unseriösen Anbieter erwischt.

Wynajęty skuter na 24 h 300 CCM Piaggio. Bezproblemowe wynajęcie, nawet bez karty kredytowej (gotówka zamiast kaucji). Nauczony doświadczeniem zrobiłem zdjęcia pojazdu z każdej strony. Przydało się.

Worst car rental company! I had a reservation and this guy didn't give me a car! He was very arrogant and swore to me very bad that I was with my family instead. I have never been treated like this in any company. Moreover, the customer who was in front of me had to pay 80 euros because this bad company told him that the car was not clean enough after use. The worst car rental company I have ever seen!!! on the Pictures a men who where so Bad! - haw you can treated client like that ?!

Horrible. J avais réglé 80 euros d acompte avec discovery car. Je suis arrivé et tout a été sujet à discussion et augmentation - carte visa non valide (jamais entendu ça), le montant est du coup passé à 340 au lieu de 140 initialement. Et on m a d’abord annoncé 100 euros en plus (une erreur après que je me sois indigné) On m’a dit que l acompte ne comptait pas que c’était juste pour que discovery car puisse faire la réservation… nettoyage +9 euros (ça c’est ok) mais on omet de me préciser le plein à 45 euros. Tu veux mettre ta voiture sur le ferry: +50 euros. Je remet mes clés à 7h50, tu attends 10 minutes ou c’est 50 euros. Bref vu l immense file au desk nous n étions pas les seuls à vivre cette expérience. Les deux femmes sont exécrables heureusement tout s est très bien passé avec les deux personnes qui nous ont donné et repris le véhicule. Et le véhicule était nickel (une Fiat 500 payée donc a 340 pour moi de 5 jours. Une énorme blague et très mauvaise expérience. Dommage car le pays est magnifique de même que les croates.

Déjà quand on vous accuse à plusieurs reprises de voleurs c'est bizarre. Ensuite vos réponses qui indique aux clients ""vous avez signé les conditions"" sur plusieurs pages après un long voyage on ne prend pas le temps de lire entre les lignes évidemment. Et vous pourquoi ne pas le mentionner à l'oral ?? Vous retrouvez sans arrêt des rayures partout comme par hasard. Je n'aime pas du tout votre manière de faire et je ne vais sûrement pas réserver chez vous !!!
