I guess that is a scam for HappyKoala.cz online shop - took the money, pretended to send the package, told me I received the package, I see in Czech Post package status is "returned to vendor". Never got any response on my complaints or my money back. Complaints phone number does not work, no response on email. Absolutely abhorrent.
