Exceptional. The quality was excellent, and what you expect of a high standing japanese restaurant. This is what i could ate in good places in Paris or Japan. Fishes were fresh and tasty. I tried different pair of sushi and i was not disappointed. We really enjoyed the diner with a good slovenian white wine. The waiter was so nice and very kind to answer to all our questions. We could see he loved to explain the story of the restaurant, and he was passionnate. The japanese chef was also very nice and professional. Thank you for this great diner in Ljubljana. Went there to ask for a table (2 Persons, no reservation). The waiter smiled and seemed very happy to tell us that there is no free space. As we asked for a reservation for the following day, he didn’t even do any effort but told us instead to do it online. Not even sad that we didn’t ate there.

Hrana zelo povprečna, v bližini veliko boljših restavracij z azijsko hrano. Postrežba ene od natakaric porazna in neprimerna za ta nivo restavracije. Na hrano sva čakala zelo dolgo, umazani krožniki so še dolgo ostali na mizi (obletavanje muh in os), po dodatnem naročilu sva ostala brez pijače. Po dolgem čakanju sva prosila za račun in se na sladico odpravila v sosednjo kavarno. Na ostalih mizah, kjer je stregla druga natakarica, je vse teklo hitro in gladko, s primernim odnosom in predstavitvijo ponudbe. Žal se ne vrneva.

Really nice sushi (rice and fish are amazing) Bowl of rice had a little amount of toppings and at the end you only have rice. The taste was very good. I ordered the spicy tuna one. And the dessert I have to say that the one that has sesame (I think the name was Geisha) is AMAZING! But come on... It's very small and expensive and the shape of the dish doesn't allow you to finish it with the spoon. I had to continue con my fingers 😂😂🫣 Without any doubt it's a really nice experience, they have the sushimen preparing the products in front of you

Rezervační systém na jejich webu hlásil při pokusu o dokončení rezervace opakovaně chybu. Byli jsme nedaleko a zastavili jsme se tedy do restaurace přímo osobně. Obsluha nám otráveně sdělila, že jiná možnost rezervace než přes web není. Nutno říci, že osobní návštěva a pokus o rezervaci proběhl v čase cca 16:30 kdy v restauraci skoro nikdo nebyl a obsluha měla čas věc řešit. Tedy jestli chcete ojetý Michelin s 1mm vzorku a obsluhou na nule. Sushimama je přesně to pro vas. :-)
