Ticket machines work but the area around the station needs to be developed - some small shops / restaurants / cafes would add a bit of liveliness here.

Caught the train to Novi Sad. We weren’t able to purchase tickets at a desk but there is wifi available to purchase online or if you go up to the train platform itself, there are ticket machines there 😊 train is very new and super comfortable with wifi, WC and did see signs for snacks but didn’t check. Toilets at train stations available for 100din. Very easy train station to use (although still under construction). Posting mostly for other tourists as we couldn’t find a heap of info online 😊
