Dubbel gevoel, waarschijnlijk 5sterren als je Kroatisch spreekt en ideale weersomstandigheden hebt. Wij spreken geen Kroatisch en onze kapitein nauwelijks Engels en de weersomstandigheden sloegen om naar koud en zeer veel wind. Zeer slechte dubbelzinnige communicatie , ook met de thuisbasis. Vrouw nam geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid of standpunt in, stond ons wat aan te kijken, geen compensatie en richtbedrag brandstof was gegokt en niet volgens afspraak. Hele grote teleurstelling. Lunchplek die ze voorstellen ook niet helemaal ok, ondanks zeer weinig andere gasten 2u kwijt, die zit ik bij mooi weer toch ook liever op de boot.! Geef ook duidelijk aan als je ergens iets wil gaan drinken want buiten de trendy bar wordt dat niet voorgesteld.

Sehr freundlicher Boatsverleih und Preis/Leistung top 👍 Die Lage ist perfekt mann startet von einer schönen Bucht aus, kann dann zur blauen Lagune fahren und anschließend die ganze Insel umrunden. Einfache vereinbarung über telefon.

When we arrived to rent a boat, the lady said she would come down to help us. She kept us waiting for 10 minutes, while she was doing other stuff like giving her cat food & kisses. Not really professional when she knew we had little time to enjoy the boatride because it was getting late. When we finally got the boat & the explanation, she let us know that there is a ‘little’ wind & we should stay on the left side of the island & to follow the coastline. Thats what we did, unfortunately the wind became soooo extreme that we we’re literally scared we would flip over. So we ankered down as soon as we could at a bay area & called them immediately to come get us because we couldnt go back by ourselves. We were too scared. Her reaction was really disappointing as she laughed and said that we shouldn’t have gone that far & that she had already told us there was wind. Her litteral words: ‘than you shouldn’t have rented the boat’. She insisted that we should come back on our own because it would take them an hour to come get us because she couldnt leave… Thats everything you do NOT want to hear as a scared(!) customer who hopes they will get helped immediately. Luckily after 20 minutes there was a fishersman who helped us to get on the coast, which took him almost half an hour because the wind was so difficult to work with. He said that if he was struggling this much (hes been on the sea for years), how difficult it must be for us. Half an hour later, a man came to get us from pika. He was really sweet and chill, nothing like the woman who rented us the boat. This 1 star I’m giving, is for him only. In my (& others on the coast) opinion she shouldn’t have let us go on the boat unless we were really skilled because the weather was not okay to be going on a boat ride.
