Miałem pewne wątpliwości przy wyborze tej wypożyczalni, ale na szczęście się nie zawiodłem. Otrzymałem nowy samochód Renault Captur z 2025 r. o dużo wyższym standardzie niż którego wybrałem bez dodatkowej opłaty. Transfer z i na lotnisko przebiegł bardzo sprawnie. Bardzo sympatyczne Panie pracujące tam, z językiem angielskim na dobrym poziomie. Wszystkie informacje dotyczące płatności tj. pobór za pracę po godzinach, konieczność posiadania karty kredytowej fizycznej zostały uwzględnione. Odjąłem jedną gwiazdkę za próbę poboru opłaty 15 € za umycie samochodu o której dowiedziałem się dopiero na miejscu. Zaproponowałem Pani układ, który polegał na zniesieniu w/w opłaty ponieważ przy wypożyczeniu samochód nie był zatankowany do pełna, a oddałem go z pełnym bakiem. Pani wyraziła zgodę i oznajmiła, że umyje samochód.

La peor experiencia de mi vida alquilando un coche. Primero, te dicen que tienen la caseta enfrente del aeropuerto y es mentira, te llevan en furgoneta a un descampado. Te cobran por todo. Si no tienes tarjeta de credito al nombre de la reserva te hacen contratar un seguro de 40€/dia. Te cobran 30€ si no devuelves el coche en perfectas condiciones. Solo saben robar dinero

Avoid this car rental!!! After we arrived at their location to pick up the car, we found out that we have to pay an enormous deposit of 1400 euros! I have never seen such deposits at the car rentals before. After returning the car, the lady working there said that it would take about 2 weeks for the deposit to be returned (again, what? I always had the deposit to be returned immediately). So, 2 weeks have passed, the deposit has not been returned. I started to email them, but never got a reply. And of course they do not have any contact info on Google Maps location. I even emailed the RyanAir (booked a car with flight tickets) and the insurance company, if they could help me contact the car rental or help me with the deposit refund, no help either. I already gave up on the idea to get the deposit back, but suddenly it was refunded after a whole month! I am so grateful my bank returns the money to the account if the blocked amount has no action (accept or return) within 30 days! Otherwise I would never have the money back Avoid the stress and rent a car from another company!

Wypożyczalnia nie zlokalizowana na lotnisku, czekałem na transfer ok 20 minut. Na plus nowy samochód. Nie miałem żadnych dopłat, choć auto było bardzo skrupulatnie sprawdzane w konfrontacji z moimi zdjęciami. Kaucja zwrócona po tygodniu

Je ne peux pas mettre moins qu'une étoile dommage ! Escroc et voleur qui m'ont fait payer 15 euros prétextant que je n'avais pas rendu la voiture propre alors qu'elle sortait du car wash que nous avons également payé pour rien. Ils ont refusé de donner la voiture sous prétexte que nous n'avions pas de carte de crédit, il a fallu rajouter un second conducteur occasionnant d'autres frais mais moindre que si nous avions dû payer 280 euros de leur assurance ... et ensuite nous n'avons pas été serein de toutes nos vacances en utilisant cette voiture de peur de la salir ou qu'elle prenne des micro griffes car nous savions que le véhicule serait observer à la loupe et à la lampe torche jusque sous le pare choc, veridict je n'exagère pas. J'ai loué je ne sais combien de voiture dans le monde Et je n'ai jamais vu ça. Voleur et escroc !!!

Totalny brak profesjonalizmu. Standardy kontroli stanu pojazdu na etapie przekazania i odebrania różnią się diametralnie. Przy przekazaniu nie są kontrolowane szczegóły, samochód jest przekazywany przez starsze kobiety lub młodsze pracownice mające problemy ze sprawnością ruchową. Nikt nie zagląda pod samochód i nikt nie robi zdjęć. Podczas zdania pojazdu inspekcja jest bardzo skrupulatna i przeprowadzana przez młodego mężczyznę. W moim przypadku na samochodzie zaznaczono na dolnej powierzchni przedniego zderzaka uszkodzenie przedstawione na zdjęciach. Na szczęście wykupione indywidualnie ubezpieczenie, które jest znacznie tańsze niż to proponowane przez wypożyczalnię, zabezpieczyło mój portfel przed nieplanowanymi wydatkami. Proszę nie myśleć że kwestia zamknięcia sprawy związanej z odszkodowaniem była czymś łatwym. Wszystkie dokumenty otrzymane w dniu zdania "uszkodzonego "pojazdu przekazałem do ubezpieczyciela. Jedynym brakującym dokumentem była faktura za naprawę ..... i w tym monecie zaczęły się schody. Nastąpiła głucha cisza. Wypożyczalnie nie odpowiadała na maile, które były wysyłane na wszystkie możliwe adresy widniejące na dokumentach. Telefon zamilkł. Jedynym skutecznym sposobem było przekazanie dowodu do ubezpieczyciela na całkowity brak odpowiedzi ze strony wypożyczalni. Dopiero ta oficjalna forma kontaktu, po trzech miesiącach doprowadziła do pozyskania faktury i wypłaty odszkodowania. Dla własnego komfortu unikajcie tej wypożyczalni szerokim łukiem. Brak kontaktu na mapach google, brak strony internetowej i dużo negatywnych opinii powinno wzbudzić wasze podejrzenia. Tak na marginesie, ciekawy jestem ilu turystów w ciągu trzech miesięcy zapłaciło za to samo uszkodzenie nie będąc świadomym o jego istnieniu na etapie odbioru samochodu.

Worst car rental experience ever. Super unprofessional in general, located on a dirty field. One extremely unfriendly woman telling you she knows the world better and not taking you serious. Outdated policies as they only accept credit cards and have no logic explanation why the cannot block the amount on another card. They make a huge amount of extra money forcing you on the spot to take their unrealistic high insurance on top. You need to return the car as clean as if brand new, otherwise they charge you on top. Happened to all other persons being there around us. Never ever again, avoid if possible, absolutely corrupt business here.

Booked via Booking. With insurance they don't make any problem with a thiny scratch. Deposit returned. Good price, new model of renault clio. Parking very dusty, you clean the car but once you enter on parking the car is already dusty.

Ich hatte zuerst Sorge bzgl. der vielen negativen Bewertungen. Diese sind meiner Erfahrung nach aber unbegründet. Wir hatten einen VW Up oder ähnlich gebucht. Bekommen haben wir einen fast neuen Renault Clio (<3.000km gelaufen). Dieser ist meiner Meinung nach eine höhere/bessere Fahrzeugklasse. Schäden wurden bei der Rückgabe keine bemängelt (wir waren aber auch sehr vorsichtig). Kaution von 1.200 wurde 2 Tage später wieder freigegeben - ist in Ordnung. Es steht bei der Buchung wirklich mehrmals und deutlich, dass eine Debit-Kreditkarte NICHT ausreicht. Man muss halt auch lesen, was man abschließt...

Booked the car via Ryanair suggestion. No issues while signing papers for the car, no additional insurance purchasing was offered. They work from 8am so early flight might force you to wait for the car. They also said in advance cleaning will cost extra if we don’t do it ourselves, again no hidden charging. The rental center is 10min drive from the airport, they provide shuttle bus both ways.

Odradzam korzystanie z tej wypożyczalni! Oddałem samochód podczas deszczu, pracownik stwierdził że jest brudny i zostałem zmuszony do opaty za myjnię 15 Euro. Dostałem auto plugin bez kabli i 1/4 baku. Zatankowałem do pełna i oddałem 2/3 baku - i to jest moja strata, nie do rozliczenia. Generalnie: naciągacze i oszuści!

Wir haben unser Auto zuvor in eine Selbstwaschanlage gegeben, die ein katastrophales Ergebnis gebracht hat. Die Mitarbeiterin von Surprise Car war super kulant und sehr freundlich und hat uns keine Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl dies total angebracht gewesen wäre.

Escroquerie !!! A éviter !! Si pas de carte se credit pour la caution de 1200 euros ils nous obligent à prendre u.e assurance de 120 euros... ensuite veulent nous appliquer des frais de nettoyage supplémentaires. Le summum, très effrontés et désagréables. N'y allez pas !!!

I would give 3.5 but it is more towards 3. The car yard is 7-10 minutes away from the airport, not a deal breaker. The car is new, just under 5K km; no complaints there. That is all the good things about Surprice. The surprise is the cleaning charge, as mentioned by others here. It is ridiculous, cleaning is always the duty of the car hire company as long as the car is not trashes but they clearly show the intention to charge everyone. Next is the charge to go on island in Zadar. Why should there be such a charge, it is still in the same country. I have never seen such a practice. Last, the staff is rather rude; no thanks no normal decent manner. All these can be improved by making it clear upfront when we book the car and staff training.

Absolut zufrieden, das Auto wurde bei der Abholung ganz genau geprüft, auf alle Fehler wurde hingewiesen. Der Shuttleservice war etwas schwer zu finden. Fahrer sehr freundlich. Ca 5 Minuten zum Verleih. Da war auch alles reibungslos. Wir waren im Mai hier
