Excellente focaccia. J’ai précisé au personnel que j’étais allergique au pesto. Ils ont alors changé de gants et préparé la focaccia sur un autre plan de travail et cela malgré de nombreuses personnes qui attendaient. Très sympathiques et compréhensifs.

I had a salami sandwich — the portion was large and filling. The vegetables were fresh, but it was a bit too dry; it could have used a bit more sauce. We were there in the morning and it was crowded, so we had to wait about 10–15 minutes.

Porządny kawał buły, świeżutkie składniki. Smak po prostu sztos. Warto spróbować. Od razu widać, że mają dobre jedzonko bo wieczorkiem spora kolejka do zamówienia. Na szczęście obsługa bardzo sprawnie przygotowywuje kanapki więc nie trzeba długo czekać.

C'est plutôt bon...attention tjs du monde car victime de son succès à cause des avis Google ! Pour nous les français C'est 1 genre de Subway version Croate quoi...après je vous encourage à en prendre 1 pour 2 vous demander au serveur de vous le couper en 2 ...sauf pour les grosses faim car se sont des sandwichs plutôt généreux. A goûter au moins une fois si vous êtes sur SPLIT.

Hands down, this is the best place in Split to eat great sandwiches! I'm a foodie and Focaccina satisfied all my cravings and standards. The BEST sandwiches by far! My new on the go spot! And the service is really great. Very neat spot and positive vibes! I love it! … Thank you guys for doing such a fantastic job. I had to edit this post as this is worth adding: Be aware of going to the original and authentic Focaccina in Matosiceva 5 and their new location by the Teather, as others are opening similar establishments and even they copy the exact same branding colors—be careful. Crazy! They even almost got me tricked, but luckily I have a good eye for details and can obviously see this is not correct. Sorry Focaccina guys that some people are shameless and, due to your fame and delicious sandwich and really the best service, are trying to capitalize on your fame. Keep rocking!!!

Amazing experience! Their sandwiches are amazing, always warm and the meat is delicious! I tried once and came back again the same day, the workers are so sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic! I highly recommend this place if you want delicious sandwich at an accepting price! Way to go guys, keep going! 💙

So good! Fresh focaccia, comes out warm straight from the oven and perfectly crispy. Really good mortadella and just the perfect amount of all ingredients. I had a half and saved the other half for later. Amazing service as well!

Disappointing experience rude staff and poor service I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I ordered two sandwiches a Vegano and a Parmigiano for myself and a friend, under the same order. Unfortunately, the two sandwiches were prepared and served at different times, and instead of being handed to me together or clearly communicated, they were called out separately with incorrect labelling. The Vegano was called out as the Parmigiano, which caused confusion. I didn’t realise it was the wrong one until I took a bite and the second Parmigiano was called out around 5 minutes later. When I explained the issue, instead of showing understanding, the staff became defensive and dismissive. They claimed it was my responsibility to know which sandwich was which, despite their mistake in labelling and serving. They initially refused to replace the sandwich until the queue had cleared. I agreed to wait. However, while I stood there, I noticed the staff (shown in the photo) laughing and speaking in their language, which felt quite disrespectful given the context as if they were mocking the situation. After 10 minutes, I asked for an update. I was told that I wouldn’t be given a replacement because I had “already had” my sandwich even though I had returned the incorrect one uneaten (aside from one bite), and they had thrown it away. Only after I insisted on a refund did they change their tune and suddenly handed me a replacement that had apparently been sitting on the counter all along. To top it off, the staff member in the middle tossed the sandwich on the counter without a word. It felt incredibly unprofessional and passive-aggressive. This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Mistakes can happen, but the way the staff handled it with rudeness, defensiveness, and what seemed like mockery, was unacceptable. What made this even more concerning is that if someone had a dietary requirement such as being vegan for health, allergy, or religious reasons being handed the wrong sandwich could have had serious consequences. Clear communication and proper labelling are essential in any food establishment, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions. Mistakes like this shouldn’t be brushed off or met with attitude.

Super gezellige zaak en goede structuur van werking. Ze hebben een goed, onderliggende werking waardoor het super vlot gaat. Het lijkt altijd super druk (want iedereen wilt hier eten uiteraard), maar laat u niet afschrikken door de rij! Ik heb er zelf 5 min gestaan. En het eten? ZO GOED! Wel veel, dus als je een kleine eter bent, kun je perfect uw focaccia delen met iemand.
