We stumbled across this restaurant looking for local dishes especially trout. We were not disappointed in the least. Fatto our waiter was amazing , kind, and had a very good sense of humour. The fish was wonderful and tasty cooked to perfection. Thanks for a memorable meal.

The hotel was nice. Super large rooms in a very old building on the main square. The bathroom was huge as well. The staff were kind and hospitable. When we arrived it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. They let us enter the hotel through the restaurant and through the kitchen. The only downside for us is parking wasn’t near the hotel. It’s not a problem in dry weather. The hotel is accessible to most of the sites in Kobarid. I would also eat dinner at the restaurant! The food was amazing!

I had a lovely dinner with my wife after visiting the WWI museum in this nice town. Our waiter Fato was a hoot and took great care of us. We were very happy with the cold fish platter appetizer he recommended. Large portions - we would have been fine splitting a main.
