Situat în inima Banatului Montan, Restaurantul Amontis este destinația ideală pentru cei care doresc să se relaxeze în mijlocul naturii, în drumul lor spre mirificele peisaje ale regiunii. Acest local unic îmbină farmecul unui restaurant cu atmosfera liniștitoare a unui colțișor natural.

Oferim o varietate de preparate delicioase, dar am dori să punem accent pe specialitatea noastră - păstrăvul proaspăt crescut în apele reci ale râului Bei și Beușnița.
- Mic Dejun: Servit zilnic între orele 09:00 - 11:00.
- Păstrăv: Descoperă unicitatea păstrăvului nostru, o delicatesă cunoscută și apreciată de mulți.
- Pizza: Folosim ingrediente de cea mai bună calitate, pentru un gust de neuitat.

Mâncarea super delicioasă, porțiile sunt suficient de mari încât să pleci sătul. Servirea IREPROȘABILĂ, amabilitatea e la ea acasă ☺️. Frappe-ul foarte bun și răcoritor. Prețurile sunt decente raportate la cantitatea de mâncare pe care o primești.

Our recent day trip to the Oravița area, crowned by a memorable late lunch at the newly opened Restaurant Amontis, has undoubtedly set a new standard for our family outings. Located conveniently on the road between Oravița and Moldova Nouă, Amontis proved to be the perfect culinary reward after a day spent exploring the region's natural wonders. Our journey from Timișoara took a little under two hours, a manageable drive even with two restless children in the back. The picturesque transition from the plains to the rolling hills of Banatul Montan always sets a tranquil tone for our adventures. Having spent the morning mesmerized by the charmingly rustic Oravița-Anina railway and taking a short, refreshing hike in the nearby forests, our appetites were well and truly whetted. Arriving at Restaurant Amontis, we were immediately struck by its modern and clean aesthetic, a pleasant contrast to the rugged natural beauty surrounding it. The architecture is a tasteful blend of contemporary design with rustic elements, featuring ample use of wood and large windows that invite the outdoors in. The spacious terrace, dotted with comfortable seating, was a welcoming sight. We opted for an outdoor table to soak in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the panoramic views. For families with energetic children, this open space is a blessing, allowing the little ones to stretch their legs without disturbing other patrons. The ambiance at Amontis is one of relaxed sophistication. It's a place where you can feel comfortable in your hiking attire, yet the attentive service and stylish decor elevate the dining experience. The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived, quickly arranging a high chair for our youngest, a small but significant detail that speaks volumes about their family-friendly approach. The menu at Amontis is thoughtfully curated, offering a delightful variety that caters to all tastes. While their claim to fame is the "Păstrăv ca la Bei" (Trout à la Bei), a local specialty that pays homage to the nearby Bei river, the menu extends to a tempting selection of pizzas, pastas, and grilled meats. This diversity was a huge plus for our family of picky eaters. My wife, a keen angler and seafood enthusiast, didn't hesitate to order the famous trout. It arrived perfectly grilled, the skin crispy and the flesh succulent, served with a simple yet flavorful side of polenta and garlic sauce. He declared it one of the best he's had, a testament to the freshness of the locally sourced fish. I opted for a creamy mushroom and truffle pasta, a comforting and aromatic dish that was executed with finesse. For the children, the extensive pizza menu was a treasure trove. They happily shared a large Margherita pizza, which disappeared in record time. The crust was thin and crisp, the tomato sauce rich and flavorful, and the cheese perfectly melted – a simple dish done exceptionally well. It's this attention to quality across the board, not just in their specialty dishes, that truly impressed us. While we didn't indulge in dessert on this occasion, the selection of homemade cakes and pastries on display was certainly tempting. The prices, we found, were very reasonable, especially given the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. It felt like excellent value for money, a crucial factor for any family outing. Recent am organizat un eveniment (zi onomastică) la acest minunat și primitor local. Totul a fost la superlativ, de la primirea în local, la modul de organizare flexibil și până la personalul de aici (nu mai zic de mâncare, care a fost pregătită atent până la cel mai mic detaliu). Sincer să fiu, sunt o persoană pretențioasă când vine vorba de organizarea unui eveniment, pentru că vreau să iasă totul perfect...doar că aici am fost surprins la modul cel mai plăcut. Managerul de aici Dietmar, ne-a asigurat de la început că totul va fi perfect și chiar s-a ținut de cuvânt. Mulțumesc că ai citit până aici, iar dacă treci prin Răcășdia, nu ezita să intri aici și să încerci specialitatea casei "Păstrăv k la Bei", însă mie cel mai mult îmi place pizza Dito...GENIALĂ! Oricum ai de ales dintre cele mai selecte aperitive, ciorbe, salate, fersh-uri, etc... Să aveți poftă! 🤗
