Wir haben um 11 Uhr am Vormittag eine Mail geschrieben und wegen Reservierung für den Abend angefragt. Es war uns klar es ist etwas kurzfristig, aber wir wollten es trotzdem probieren. Da wir keine Antwort erhielten gingen wir kurzerhand gegen 19 Uhr zum Lokal und hofften dennoch einen Tisch für 3 Personen zu bekommen. Wir erwarteten eine Absage, wurden aber erfreulicherweise zu einem Tisch geführt. ABER. Die ersten Worte des Kellners an uns, wir sind doch blöd eine Email ans Lokal zu schreiben. Das sei einfach dumm. Besser man soll anrufen ein paar Tage davor. Unsere Stimmung war aber zerstört, wenn man bevor der Abend richtig begonnen hat als "stupid" bezeichnet wird. Sprachbarriere hin oder her. Das macht man nicht. Sowas ist sehr unprofessionell. Das Essen war dann ok aber nicht übermäßig lecker. Ich sagte ich bin Vegetarierin und bekam trotzdem den Gruß aus Küche mit Fisch. Wieder unangenehm. Ich musste dann sicher 15 Minuten warten bis meine vegetarische Version kam. Der Kellner hat das auch nicht kommuniziert, dass es eine vegetarische Möglichkeit gibt. Hat einfach wortlos das Teller mit Fisch wieder mitgenommen. Warum wird hier nicht anständig mit dem Gast kommuniziert? Vorspeise. Bürstadt mit roten Rüben war lecker. Dann Hauptspeise bei mir das Karfiol Steak, war an beiden richtig schlimm verkohlt und hat auch nur verkohlt und angebrannt geschmeckt. Fisch war ok sagten die anderen aber auch nicht soo besonders. Haben woanders besser gegessen und auch billiger und ohne beleidigt worden zu sein. Viel Aufsehen um dieses Restaurant aber dieser Kellner sollte sein Verhalten ändern und vorsichtig sein was er sagt wenn er nicht Englisch sprechen kann.

Ausgesprochen netter, aufmerksamer Service, raffiniertes, aber nicht überkandideltes Essen zu guten Preisen. Und ein schönes Ambiente auf der gepflegten Terrasse unter einem Dach aus Glyzinien - sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Was soll ich sagen. Wir waren ein zweites Mal zum dinieren am Abend dorten. Jedes Gericht das wir gegessen haben war sehr Geschmackvoll. Vom Ambiente bis zum Service kann ich nur schwärmen für diese Restaurant Danke weiter so wir kommen wieder

Ristorante super! Pranzato in Luglio sotto la pergola di glicine (meravigliosa) senza avvertire il caldo. Cibo ottimo, soprattutto il pane fatto in casa. Personale gentilissimo che parla italiano. Anche il dessert buonissimo!

So, the food was one of the best I’ve had in a really long time. However, the portions were quite small. The taste was amazing, but the portion size should be larger for the price offered. The service was brilliant, except for one thing: we ordered a wine that turned out to be unavailable. The waiter offered a different one "for the same price," as he said. However, on the bill, it was listed at a higher price — only a €2 difference, but still, why promise something you can't deliver? Just say the wine is not available and offer a different one without making any promises — that would be fair. Another thing: there was an additional item on the bill called "Couvert" — €2.50 per person, so we paid an extra €5. No one mentioned this. So instead of leaving a tip for the waiter, we basically paid that €5 anyway. One last thing — I didn’t like that smoking was allowed on the balcony/patio. Again, great food and nice service, but whatever they serve before the main course — like bread, etc. — be aware that you'll be charged for it. It’s not a complimentary meal.
