This restaurant is criminally underrated. Hosted and served by a small family, we had dinner here last week with a group of 12 so we did get to try various items on the menu. For appetizers we had the octopus salad, goat cheese, and a steamed mussels in white wine sauce. The goat cheese, especially the aged one, was very special. The octopus salad was delicious, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Mussels were fresh and plump and sauce was delicious. Some of us had the fish soup and could not enough of it. For mains we had fresh seabass caught the day before (limited to the amount caught so secure yours early!!) and lobster with pasta. The seabass was the best cooked and most flavorful we had all trip, and we had lots of fish. It was not only fresh but had the right amount of salt, olive oil and crispy skin!! The lobster pasta was incredible. I am not a big lobster fan but i could not stop eating this dish. The pasta cooked perfectly, the sauce was amazing and the lobster tender. The host and his father were very gracious and hospitable. He gave us his take on a few of the dishes and he hit the spot, especially with the aged goat cheese that non of us could get enough of. Their white wines were also great and we consumed several bottles. We were all very surprised at the end of the meal at just how little it cost for the amount of food and wine we consumed. WOW!!! One suggestion I have for the owners if you are reading this. Your bread is just ok. and not bad. But if you up your bread game a little, especially with the amazing sauces you create you will take the meal to another level, trust me! Thank you for an amazing meal and for being a great hosts to our group. Anyone anywhere close to your restaurant should have at least one meal here.

Чекали на їжу більше години, потім принесли не те блюдо, яке замовляли бо його вже не було і вони вирішили самостійно замінити. Ми погодились, бо син був дуже голодний і чекати ще не було сил. При оплаті з'ясувалось, що це блюдо було і значно дорожче. Хоча це була просто паста з іншими інгредієнтами. І про таку різницю в ціні точно треба повідомляти! Дуже неприємне відчуття після відвідання😒

Do not come here! One of the worst meals of our lives. Burger contained a frozen patty which was still cold and not cooked properly. Bacon inside the burger not cooked properly. Chips were soggy. Food took ages to come out yet was basically empty. Service was horrible and manager was not attentive at all. Only positive is that they accept card, but it is not worth it at all! Concerns of food poisoning are definitely warranted here.

Izvrsno iskustvo! Vlasnik nas je srdačno ugostio, dao nam vodu i struju, a posebno nas oduševio pripremom tartarskog bifteka pred nama. Hrana je bila fantastična – tartar savršen, a jastog s tjesteninom prava delicija. Topla preporuka!

Gulaš od hobotnice savršen, spageti i rizoto s plodovima mora odlični, pohvala kuhinji. Imaju i dnevne menije s mesom i ribom te primaju kartice i cijene sasvim ok. Konobarice simpatične,podijelila savjet s nama kako malo octa na stolu otjera ose. I kucno bijelo vino jako fino.

We had an absolutely perfect dining experience at Restoran Pomena. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the atmosphere was peaceful and authentic, the service was warm and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Everything was perfect, from the first bite to the last. The freshly caught fish was perfectly prepared. The mussels were fresh and juicy, and the seafood pasta was simply divine. The portions were just right, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. The waiters were well-informed about the dishes and drinks and were ready to accommodate all our requests. I will definitely be back

A heartfelt welcome in the roots of the Dalmatian Kitchen. If you go for the worthy menu with domestic brancino or take the path to high quality lobsters come with almost everything the sea can provide you. We tried also octopus salad, mussels buzara and squids. You will probably have the best in Mljet here. Ask for the domestic posip housewine. Thank you also for the water supply for our boat!

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix en Avril mais ce restaurant un régal service sympa menu a 25€ qui vaut le détour! Poisson frais local ! Je recommande !
