The whole place has a classic Italian vibe. The tables was nice, the service was very polite and quick. The best part was the food. Excellent flavours, good portions. I really recommend this place, one of the best in Piran for sure

Auch wenn andere positives geschrieben haben, kann ich leider nur mein persönliches Erlebnis widerspiegeln. Vorweg, das Lokalambiente ist schön und Personal sehr nett. Das ist das positive was ich berichten kann. Vorweg hatte ich mir eine Tomatensuppe als Vorspeise bestellt und als Hauptgericht Dorade. Ich wartete ewig auf meine Vorspeise, die nicht kam. Stattdessen kam nur meine Dorade. Auf die Frage, wo meine Tomatensuppe denn bliebe...oh sorry...die habe ich vergessen. Okay, kann passieren aber wozu schreibe ich dann die Bestellung auf eine Zettel? Nach dem Essen wollte ich dann bezahlen und wartete und wartete. Nach mind. 30 Minuten kam der Service um die Ecke, sah uns und machte große Augen und ein erschrockenes Gesicht. Ich sagte zu meiner Partnerin, sie hat wohl gemerkt, dass sie uns vergessen hatte, dass wir zahlen wollen. Wieder gewartet und gewartet, dann bin ich nach vorne zum zahlen gegangen. Die gleiche Person fragte mich, ob wir zahlen wollen. Ich hätte fast meine Freundlichkeit vergessen zumal beim ersten mal gefragt wurde, ob wir Cash oder Karte zahlen wollen. Tja, in der Nacht ging es mir zunehmend schlechter, Fieber mit Erbrechen und Durchfall. Da war wohl die Dorade nicht mehr ganz gut, entweder falsch gelagert oder Kühlkette unterbrochen. Abgesehen von Frühstück hatte ich nichts anderes gegessen, nur um mögliche Spekulationen abzuwenden, das hätte andere Gründe und lag nicht am Fisch. Ich bin nur leicht über den Berg, wenn es nicht besser wird, muss ich morgen in das Krankenhaus nach Izola. Wir sind jeder Jahr in Portorose aber Porta Marciana, wird sicher nicht mein Lokal mehr werden. Das ist leider mein Erlebnis im Lokal gewesen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und jeden Cent wert. Das Restaurant liegt in einer Nebenstraße, in einer kleinen Gasse. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Objednali jsme pití pro 70 letou maminku, která čekala s kufry, než přijedeme s autem. Obsluha jí nenechala sedět pod slunečníkem ve stínu a musela čekat celých 30 minut na plném sluníčku v poledne, protože stoly pod slunečníkem jsou pro hosty, co budou jíst. Restaurace byla až na jeden stůl prázdná. Mrzí mne takový nedostatek empatie ke starším lidem.

Quite expensive compared to other restaurants, food was good and the waiter was polite and professional. We were happy to sit inside as it was getting late but I think the atmosphere would have been better outside.
