Ein (Montag –) Abend zu viert. Der Kellner war witzig und hat im Großen und Ganzen seinen Job erledigt. Die Lage des Restaurants ist klasse. Man hört halt ständig im Hintergrund die Autobahn, welche in luftiger Höhe den Fluss überquert. Das Essen erhält in der Summe drei Sterne. Ich hatte fünf verdient der Rest zwischen zwei und maximal drei. Für die Qualität dann doch zu teuer.

Stunning views and delicious food from a restaurant that pushes the envelope on the saying "worth a detour". Although you can see the highway from the terrace in the form of the magnificent bridge over the Kvar river, to actually get to the restaurant requires a twenty minute winding drive through villages that get ever smaller ending in a 5k rally over dirt tracks that get worse and worse until finally you decide to abandon the car and trudge the last 500m on foot down the dusty trail to the river's edge. But then! To sit in the shade of olive trees admiring the sailing yachts in this secluded inlet as the sun sets is worth it, even without the food. Luckily, the food is wonderful too.
