U gotovo praznom restoranu čekali smo više od sat vremena na sendvič s pršutom i mozzarellom, koji je na kraju poslužen bez mozzarelle. Nitko od osoblja nije ponudio objašnjenje, ispriku ili barem komentar na propust, a račun je uredno naplaćen kao da je sve bilo u redu.
