Mesara Morava is a pioneer in Serbia's meat industry, offering a selection of premium dry-aged meats. Our specially curated “Dry Aged” program features high-quality cuts such as Ribeye, T-bone, and Tomahawk steaks, all aged to perfection in controlled environments for a minimum of 45 days. This unique process enhances the meat’s flavor and tenderness, making it highly sought after by both customers and culinary professionals alike.
We utilize only the finest Angus beef, an authentic breed known for its marbling and exceptional taste. The Angus cattle graze on lush pastures, contributing to the meat's high nutritional value and superior quality. Our Angus beef is sourced exclusively from Serbian pastures, ensuring that we support local agriculture while providing our customers with the best.
In late 2021, we opened the first Meat Concept Store in Belgrade at the Palilula market. This unique venue is dedicated to gourmet dining experiences, offering a premium selection of meats expertly prepared by top chefs, paired with an array of exquisite wines.
Highlights from our menu include aged rib steaks, “Ribeye”, and “T-bone” steaks, along with authentic specialties like beef diaphragm and bone marrow that have captivated gastronomes. Our famous ćevapi, produced in the same traditional recipe for over 30 years, alongside various other meat specialties, are also a must-try.
