I’ve paid over 20,000$ over the years with this company. These last 5 months where I ordered several items, and told they would be in stock by a certain date. Once that date arrives, customer service apologized for the inconvenience and they set a new date, pushing my build out another 3 weeks. THAT day comes and still they are not in stock with the parts and constantly pushing the date further and further. (Im talking with customer service (Kaja) at the same time with no success except an apology for the delay. They happily collect my money and never sent the products. Avoid them at all costs especially right now. Please do your research first before and you’ll see other with this problem. They can take my money and not even pay their employees or the companies making the parts, causing delays for the customer.

They State one date upon ordering.. and Then ignoring you.. no contact for a week. They take 5-6 days processing your ordre.. but State only 2-3 day.. They do not awnser chat or e-mail for weeks.. have been paying 308€ and the delivery date was suppose to be tomorrow / 6 marts… Ordre still not shipped…

Lots of great deals, great customer service. I recently ordered tubes and a rad that didnt fit, returned the rad and they sent replacement tubes for free. Cannot go for better quality in the liquid cooling space, truly amazing performance and gorgeous aesthetics. Cannot recommend enough

I have buy over 1200$ of water cooling with then its very high quality compatible with all my component. Yes its expensive but if you want high end custom water cooling they are the best. But yes you have to pay an import shipping tax on all your stuff. but I mean its not there fault. I recommend buying directy with them and not by amazone. LOVE FROM CANADA

Update: Many thanks for Nina S from customer service. You are my hero. All items are post it. I ordered 19. june. Not posted yet, because one item missing, my order. Now write me, another item missing, what i want. It would be expected that the ordered products would be set aside, so that if the missing item arrives, all you have to do is post it. You're done laughing and I feel sorry for the way package creation works.

Don’t buy from them! I ordered my shop the loop two months ago and the other half of my shipment still hasn’t arrived! Customer service is very poor and they reply after many days with false promises! Very disappointing! Never again!

Don’t. Their customer service is a nightmare and their quality control is equally worse. A year in, the front distribution plate of my pc started to peel on the inside. They forgot to remove the plastic before assembly? No idea. Two weeks, and multiple people later I finally received a shipping label. Was told I would be notified when it was being fixed and sent back. Never happened. It randomly showed up. I noticed it while walking my dog. Fedex dropped it at my garage in the snow, no door knock, nothing. EK Sent it back full of fluid and it either popped during shipping or froze and burst but the pc was leaking on being opened. Ruined. I was able to get my money back. Would not recommend them. They have one good CS agent, but that doesn’t negate the fact that this was a horrible experience all around.
