Our olives are sourced from 596 meticulously tended trees, showcasing 14 different varieties, with some trees aged between 28 and over 280 years.

With a commitment to high Extra Virgin Olive Oil standards, we utilize one of the newest and most advanced olive mills in Istria. This guarantees that our olive oil is bottled within just a few hours of harvesting, ensuring freshness and quality in every drop.

Storage and Maintenance

At Olivo Istriano, we take pride in the proper storage of our EVOO. Our product is kept in stainless steel barrels under meticulously controlled conditions to maintain its quality. We recommend storing the olive oil in a dark and dry place, ideally at a temperature range of 15-24°C to ensure optimal preservation.
