Complete waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The lake itself might be beautiful, but you can’t even get close to enjoy it. There’s this aggressive old man who acts like he owns the place — no explanation, no English, just starts shouting and pointing at you to leave like you’re some kind of stray dog. Meanwhile, locals seem to stroll in freely — probably because they know to slip him some cash. It’s corrupt, embarrassing, and leaves a terrible impression of Serbia. Does anyone know who this man is or if he has any legal authority to block public access? This kind of behavior shouldn’t go unchecked. Enjoy my picture that i took, he was yelling at me all the while.

I have to give just one star, unfortunately. I was prepared to give at least four, judging from the pictures. However, we made a mistake and took a walk from the village of Stari Ledinci. The path was easy to walk. We came to a gate saying that nobody is allowed in the area and that it is a private property. There was obviously a bypass, so we went on. We came to the point where there was an old building and an angry man shouting at us that we couldn't go on and that the lake is private and for fishing. We had 4 children and I didn't want to argue with him. I didn't want to pay any money either. We turned back and walked to our car. If somebody wants to see the lake, take the forest routes which are well marked on the Maps. The main path from Stari Ledinci will probably end up in a disappointment.

Prelepo mesto. Jezero ima nestvarno zelenu boju, voda je čista, lepa. Do jednog dela dolazite kolima a onda kraći deo kroz šumu 5-10 min i stigli ste. Tamo nema ničega tako da bi bilo dobro da ponesete nešto za piće i hranu.

Некий человек очень агрессивно настаивает, что фотографировать нельзя. Причин не обьясняет почему нельзя снимать воду и скалы, сделанные природой. Вокруг озера много свалок мусора. Тропа оставляет желать лучшего.

Predivna priroda, jezero usred ničega. Zadnjih 500m ide se šumskim stazama. Malo čudno što u blizini jezera stoji čovek, "čuvar" koji vas upozorava da je zabranjeno slikanje i obaveštava vas da je to ribnjak. Na par mesta stoji znakovi zabranjeno kupanje, a jezero puno kupača. Posle sam čuo i da je jezero u vlasništvu nekog Francuza koji je otkupio rudnik... Srbija lepa, al puna kontradiktornosti.

Šetnja kroz šumu do jezera, otežan prolaz zbog čuvara, ali smo na kraju uspeli proći na kratko da vidimo ovo jezero

There is a guard who says that it is a private property but he still allows to come to the water for some people who gave him some beer... It was awful...

Jezero je prelepo! Boja vode je nestvarna. Pravi biser Fruske gore. Do njega se stize sumskim stazama. Prilicno je nepristupacno, ali vredi se potruditi. Nazalost postoji taj neki matori olos koji maltretira posetioce. Citam u komentarima da mnoge nije pustio da prodju. Ja sam prosao sa suprugom i dvoje male dece, ali je u nekom momentu bio vrlo neprijatan. Poceo je da vice "dosta fotografisanja...ej...dosta fotografisanja".

Very nice place, but there is an old man claiming to be guarding the place trying to stop the public from access and threatening with calling the police. Most people just ignored him without any trouble.

This lake is mentioned in every guidebook and article about the Fruska Gora National Park. Unfortunately, access to the lake is deliberately complicated by fallen trees and branches on the road, and right next to the lake there is a "guard" with a dog who blocks access to the lake, arguing that it is private property. I don't understand why this warning is not already in the village of Ledine. A sign prohibiting entry would be enough instead of fallen trees on the roads. The Fruska Gora National Park should warn about this on its website. But this method only confirms the Serbian reality for me. I apologize to the Serbs, but it is true, Serbia is a strange country in this regard.
