Very nice complex of eco/natural/sustainable apartment-houses, very kind staff, breakfast-surprise with nice and tasty local eco-food, nice jacuzzi hot tub, two types of sauna, room for hanging out with pool and kitchen area, fitness room, in-house bike rental offer...all new and well maintained. Price/value is great as well. Recomended place, very close to Olimia therme.

The perfect getaway!!! Punjenje baterija koje bih preporučio svakome barem jednom godišnje. Apsolutno svi aspekti boravka mogu se samo superlativima opisati, od više nego usluznih, a opet nenametljivih domacina do fenomenalno osmišljenog i izvedenog interijera. Definitno se vraćamo uskoro...

Great, comfortable and modern apartments. Everything was clean, and very well equipped, with various and different kitchenette and toilet accessories. The bed and linen were so comfortable and soft, made from organic cotton. The breakfast was brought in front of the door in a basket, after selection from the menu from our side. There is a parking spot in front of the apartment, and also lovely garden for drinking coffee with the sound of the birds. Included within the accommodation there are two types of saunas which are free to use 24/7.

We really enjoyed the concept - especially the location and setting so close to the nature, far from noise and traffic. What we didn’t like were the breakfast. Here the concept didn’t seem to work. Not the produce itself but the fact that not single one time we got what we ordered or agreed. If we could we would change the toilet door - to be solid wood and have a handle.

Sehr ruhig,direkt am Waldrand gelegen. Die Appartements sind gut von einander getrennt,dass Privatsphäre gewährt wird. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr ansprechend. Es war sauber, leider waren die Betten sehr durchgelegen. Der kleine Saunabereich, kam uns sehr entgegen. Die Therme haben wir trotz Vergünstigung nicht probiert. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Auswahl toll. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Eccellent wikend relaxation! I don't like the wash basin in the middle of the appartment, between kitchen and bed, no doors to divide the area. Nor the transparent glass of the shower area. Not my architecture. Air condition did not work, it was hot. Breakfast is super excellent, local specialties, left in front of the appartment door, one can eat it in the garden just outside, beneath sun umbrella, with direct vie of the castle on the hill. Loved it! Very clean, very modern, quite new. Fully equipped kitchen area. Local wine in the fridge. A jacuzzi for six appartments with a neat spa area (sauna, shower), with warm herbal tea or cold water served on the tray. That is enjoyable and relaxing! Large spas with pools in the vicinity, local chocolate manufacture in the monastery, a golf course, a deer farm, ... charming.

It’s a calm June evening. We are reading a book, listening to bird songs, surrounded by blue, pink, and purple Hortensia flowers. This is a small, well designed piece of architecture. A piece of heaven. A perfect weekend getaway. Hints: 1. Don’t bring your kids here, these rooms are made for couples. 2. Some rooms have a toilet in a separate room, some don’t. 3. Take a 20 min walk to grad Podcetrtek. 4. They rent bikes, take e-bike and just enjoy the beautiful nature.

Very modern and attractive design that is both comfortable and relaxing. From the apartments, you can enjoy in beautiful views of the Podčetrtek castle and village. Exceptional breakfast delivery in a basket, consisting of quality local ingredients. You can choose between five different sorts of breakfasts every day. Very friendly staff. On arrival, we were served a glass of homemade apple juice; on departure, we were given a gift. Since I had a birthday during our stay, I got a greeting card and a small bottle of champagne to our room. Very attentive! We stayed at apartment Inocentia, which is in the same building as the wellness center. A small but cozy wellness area with an outdoor jacuzzi. |Very clean apartments. The wellness area is disinfected twice a day. Good location, close to Terme Olimia and Kozjanski Park. Many excellent cycling and hiking trails in the area. Rich offer of local products, natural sights and breathtaking views in the region. We will definitely come back!|

For almost 200e/night I would expect a proper gift from local chocolate factory, some natural cosmetics and everyday cleaning without needing to beg them. Fitness is also very bad, they only have two stationary bikes and some elastic bands. Wellness is kinda okay, but they don’t take reservations. So there are always people inside. It would be so much easier to accept reservations, that way they could clean everything in between and have some kind of plan of occupancy. |Breakfast was good and apartment was nice, but that are the only two things that were okay. |Would not go back and would not recommend it.
