Godinama sam željela uljepšati osmijeh i nailazila na "ne može se to" sve dok nisam došla u ordinaciju dr. Miletića. Doktor me slušao i čuo i ono što sam mu rekla i između redova jer sam već mislila da tražim nemoguće. Vrlo brzo sam dosla do cilja i odličnih rezultata s odličnim liječnicima i sestrama, koji zrače pouzdanjem i pozitivom. Brinu o svemu i prilagode se svakom pacijentu, što je danas rijetko. Osim toga i cijene su im stvarno realne i prihvatljive bez skrivenih dodatnih troškova. Hvala puno svima i vidimo se!

I'd looked into having dental implants for around a year, my dentist advised me to avoid Turkey if possible and recommended going to Croatia which is when I contacted DCM. From the first phone call to the final result i cannot fault anything, all staff are very nice and caring and speak very good English, everything is explained and the surgery is state of the art. I'm so pleased I came to DCM for my treatment my new teeth are perfect and now I can smile again in confidence thank you so much 😊

Only completed my first visit, had 2 extractions, a bone augmentation, gum transplant and 3 temporary crowns fitted, my extractions were a big job, hence the need of the augmentation and transplant, but the guys did a fantastic job every step of the way, didn't feel a thing during any part of the procedures, went for the final checkup today before I fly home tomorrow and all is good, bite is perfect and healing well, will be recommending DCM to everyone who may want work done. Absolutely delighted so far, I'd even be happy to leave it the way it is now, but I want the perfect smile and I know I'm going to get it here😁 Staff are also lovely, I was put in a 4 star hotel until space became available in their own accommodations became available, which was spotless, and free of charge. I'll update this review with pictures once I finish my 2nd visit in 3 months.

Extremely happy and with my treatment I received from competent , prompt and friendly staff . I was made feel relaxed throughout my time there . My accommodation was very good and 2 min walk to the clinic . I've no problem referring this company to anyone , even my wife is coming here for treatment . 👌✅️ . Thanks so much for everything DCM ❤️

It was a totally different ball game to my previous dentists. The head dentist looked after me personally and stayed in communication with me through out the whole experience. They show great pride in their work and pay so much attention to detail. The value of service is second to none. Free accommodation for as long as it takes. Pick up and drop off at the airport. You just have to show up. They are also very attentive to your feedback and what you want. I highly recommend them. Great people!! Love. Liam.

After returning to Italy from Zagreb 10 days ago, my husband has began to smile again! My husband, Vincenzo Ferrara, is an Italian who has lived in Taiwan for a long time. We chose to come to the Miletic Dental Center in Zagreb, Croatia to replace his old teeth with a completely new set of permanent implants. The clinic provided free accommodation, airport transfers, professional explanations and thorough treatment, all which made the process and our stay in Zagreb easier. Thank you Dr. Ivan Miletic’ and Dr. Stanko Miletic’ for your professionalism, the nursing staff for care and concern and especially Natasha for taking care of all the arrangements throughout the process! We cannot recommend the Miletic’ Dental Clinic enough …. The doctors and staff made our life that much better…

Life-changing experience — I finally have my dream smile! From start to finish, I was truly taken care of by the entire team at DCM. After researching many clinics in Turkey, I came across DCM and was immediately impressed — especially with the communication. Amy was amazing from the beginning: she answered all my questions, shared an informative video from Dr. Ivan about the crown procedure, and helped me feel completely at ease. I knew right away: this is the clinic I’m going to trust. Amy even helped find and book my flights and scheduled my appointments. Once I arrived in Croatia, Natasha became my main point of contact — and she was absolutely lovely. So helpful, kind, and responsive. My accommodation was beautiful, just a 5-minute walk from the clinic, with a sunny balcony to relax on. Though it's outside the city center, it was very easy to get around — a bus stop right outside, the train station 15 minutes away, and Uber to the city for just €15. As the clinic was closed over the weekend, I took the opportunity to visit the Plitvice Lakes and Waterfalls — absolutely stunning — and even had a fun, relaxed visit to the zoo (€4 per adult!). Croatia itself is such a beautiful and welcoming country. Now for the treatment: exceptional care. I was quite nervous at first, but the team was warm and professional. I was given a sedative tablet on prep day to help me relax, and everything was completely painless thanks to thorough numbing. The prep day was long, but I felt completely safe and comfortable. The total dental treatment took 10 days. During the time my crowns were being made, I explored the city center and really enjoyed the chance to experience the culture. Dr. Ivan is a true artist with an amazing eye for detail. He wasn’t satisfied with the first prototype teeth, so we tried again — and I’m so glad we did. The second prototypes were a success, and he still made small refinements to make sure the final result was perfect for my face and smile. The final fitting took about 2 hours, and again, I was fully numbed and felt no pain at all. They don’t cement the crowns until you and the dentist are both completely happy — which gave me so much confidence in their process. They even drive you to and from the airport, which makes everything so easy and stress-free. Today, I am beyond happy. For the first time in my life, I can smile with true confidence. Dr. Ivan, you’ve changed my life — thank you so much. I am so grateful to the entire DCM team for their kindness, care, and world-class results. If you’re thinking of getting dental work abroad — stop looking. DCM is the one. You’ll be in the best hands from start to finish.

Naprawdę polecam każdemu Ta klinikę profesjonalna i do tego bardzo przyjazna opieka nad klientem. Od samego początku kiedy wylądujesz jest pełen profesjonalizm masz transfer z lotniska do miejsca zamieszkania Pani Karolina która serdecznie pozdrawiam była moim kierowcą. Warunki mieszkalne bardzo dobre. Sprawy organizacyjne prowadzone przez Nataszę i Annę które też pozdrawiam pełen profesjonalizm. I największe zasługi dla Pana Iwana oraz Stanko Miletic którym zawdzięczam ten piękny uśmiech.

Right from my first visit I found that all the staff at the Miletic Dental Center was so welcoming and very informative. The practice is incredibly professional and without a doubt I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my friends and family. I had very little pain through both visits and I feel I can now smile with confidence. Their accomodation is spotless and has everything you would need during your stay I was picked up and dropped of at the airport making you feel like a VIP from the start. Just finished treatment with DCM dental and would 100% recommend to anybody thinking about getting teeth done. My friend recommend them and after seeing his results I decided to contact them and ask about a treatment plan. After sending a WhatsApp message Jelena got in touch with me regarding a treatment plan, she then phoned me and we had a discussion about everything that would be involved. I sent photos for them to look at and give me a treatment plan. I was happy with plan and decided to go for treatment. My treatment involved 2 visits, the first one for 5 days and second one 10 days. On first visit my wife and i stayed above the clinic in apartment provided by DCM and on second visit by myself i stayed in flat 5 minutes walk from clinic, both times accommodation was off a high standard. My treatment during both visits was very professional and carried out to the highest standards. Thanks to Dr Ivan, Dr Stan and all the wonderful staff at DCM I have my smile and confidence back. Again if thinking about treatment with DCM Dental go for it 100% Thanks to all Alan ❤

This clinic is way out in front of any dental clinic I have been in. I have had a lot of work done here. 8 implants 14 crowns, 4 extractions and 4 root canals + 2 cysts removed that they spotted above my top front teeth. From my first visit their care and pain management is top class and while in surgery constantly checking that I had no pain. Their communication on each procedure is so reassuring it makes the treatments having you more confident and comfortable. All the staff have super bedside manners and very friendly. I got a price in Ireland of nearly 30k for all this work and here is in and around a third cheaper. They also have nice accommodation to offer. All in all this has been an absolutely amazing experience and I would highly recommend anyone to come here to DCM Zageb. Premetto che lavorando per la SEO "Search Engine Optimization" e per i social network, io conoscevo già bene la qualità dell'azienda DCM "dental center miletić", ed ero già consapevole della sua buona reputazione...ma, come si sa, l'esperienza diretta è un'altra cosa. La mia situazione prima di essere curato nel DCM non era delle migliori...denti rovinati e e alcuni molari mancanti. I dottori Ivan Miletić e Stanko Miletić e tutti gli infermieri e assistenti dello staff, nelle loro diverse competenze mediche, sono stati davvero straordinari e hanno fatto un eccellente lavoro trasformando il mio sogno in realtà: i miei nuovi denti, al momento 🙂, masticano perfettamente, sono belli e hanno un aspetto "bianco" e naturale! Forse il colore poteva essere più bianco, ma questa non è una cosa molto rilevante. Anche l'organizzazione, la professionalità, e le qualità umane di tutti i componenti dello staff, oltre la serenità dell'ambiente circostante alla clinica, sono aspetti positivi non trascurabili! Non è da sottovalutare il trasporto perfetto, e l'alloggio confortevole! Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è abbastanza buono! A mio parere, e non solo, il DCM dental centar Miletić, è una delle migliori cliniche dentistiche a livello internazionale. Miletić Dental Centre is a highly professional practice and I would highly recommend this dental surgery. The team are very friendly, caring, supportive and sympathetic to all your needs. All the staff speak perfect English which makes you feel at ease. My dental work required two visits and I was accommodated above the surgery on both occasions. I was also driven to and from the airport by a staff member. The apartment was perfect for my needs..tv, fridge, micro, washing machine and hob. Really clean and well heated too. There are shops, cafes restaurants and bars less than a 5 min walk from the dental centre and the area is safe and pleasant to walk around. A friend of mine recommended this dentist to me and I was so glad I went with his recommendation. We both had major work carried out. Crowns, implants, extractions, route canal. It's a big decision to go abroad to a foreign dental practice and have all this kind of work done but it was 100% the right decision. There was a constant stream of people from the UK and Ireland there that I met on both occasions, a very good sign. I could not recommend Miletić Dental Surgery enough! They are a patient focused practice dedicated to doing the job to the highest of modern standards. Any questions I am more than happy to answer.
