We parked our car there in the evening, and when we attempted to pay upon leaving, we discovered that the card payment system at the machine was not working properly. We tried to make the payment, and although the amount was deducted from our account, we did not receive a ticket or receipt to allow us to exit through the barrier. While we were trying to solve the issue, a lady approached us and called a staff member for assistance. However, the employee began shouting at us, claiming that the payment had not gone through. He acted as if pressing a button to raise the barrier was a great burden for him, and he spoke to us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. This experience was both upsetting and unprofessional. We do not wish this kind of treatment upon anyone, especially not in a tourist-friendly place like Trogir. We hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future.

Ne preporučujem ovaj parking nikome, a pogotovo plaćanje karticom. 5€/h. Za 2h i 15min trebala sam platiti 15€, ali mi je sa bankovne kartice skinuto 50€. Nadzornici su nas prvo htjeli otpratiti bez ikakvog povrata novca uz objašnjenje da sam vjerojatno platila nečiju tuđu karticu, iako sam skenirala svoju ulaznu karticu. Potom pozivaju gazdu koji je bio užasno neljubazan, nasrtljiv i nekulturan. Počeo je vikati i poskakivati sa stolice sa namjerom da izazove sukob. Ostali djelatnici su ga smirivali jer mu očito ovo nije prvi put da se tako ponaša. Jedino pozitivno u ovome svemu je gospođa koja me danas kontaktirala i vratila mi razliku novca.

Very bad parking, Looks cheap but will be expensive because they DONT ACCEPT CARDS and you will have to withdraw money with a fee. Wouldnt recommend. On the other side is a parking much cheaper (3€/h) and admits card payment.

Good car park, €5 /hour is slightly ridiculous. They must have put the price up in the last few weeks as recent reviews say only €3/hour. 66%increase !!!!

ARNAQUEURS À 2000 % je me suis même faite arracher la carte de banque et le fils a procéder à un paiement sans contact sans mon consentement . Mail pour double prélèvement envoyer sans réponse !!Signalement aux autorités compétente et plainte va être déposée si pas de refond dans les 48h!!!!! Et au vu du nombre de personnes arnaquées je propose que nous fassions un collectif avec preuve à l appui et déposons plainte collective . HONTEUX COMME CES PERSONNES PRÉPOSÉES AU PARKING AGRESSENT LES CLIENTS ALORS QUE LITTÉRALEMENT ILS LEUR VOLENT DE L ARGENT !!!!!!! VIDÉO A L APPUI DE TOUTE LA SCÈNE !!!!

Siamo stati in questo parcheggio una sera per visitare il centro storico di Trogir, ammetto di non aver visto listini prezzi. Al nostro ritorno dopo 3,5 ore abbiamo pagato 16€. Fate solo attenzione perché non è il più economico tra i vari parcheggi disponibili. Indubbiamente non si rischiano multe o problemi vari. Il sistema rispetto a qualche anno fa è stato aggiornato con macchinette self 24/7 che accettano anche carte. Luglio 2025
