A great place to chill out with the sea literally a stone's throw away . Very spacious and well equipped villa in a very unspoilt location with lovely views of the sea and mountains. The nearest restaurant and bar Karmela ( 3 min walk) provided wonderful fish platters as a take away and we just dropped the platters back. Lovely place to eat in or have a drink as well. Richard the owner is very responsive to messages and helpful with all arrangements. He also has a very charming agent in situ.

What a perfect villa to share with my family. The private pool at the rear offered a great place to hang out and cool off, and the air conditioning in the main living spaces and bedrooms ensured a very comfortable environment. The many little patches of beach and small jetties just across the quiet lane from the villa were ideal for us and provided easy access to the beautiful crystal clear sea. We even found some small patches of sand for our grandson to make sand castles with. Just a few minuets walk away there were some great restaurants, bars and places to hire windsurfers, kites etc. The private taxi (speed boat !) over to Corcula was so easy to use, although it was a bit choppy when we went, and we did get a bit splashed - which only added to the fun. Richard was extremely helpful and informative while we were planning our holiday, and sorted out airport transfers for our group which worked perfectly. Richard's representative Fani looked after our every need while we were in the villa without being in our face - we just had a WhatsApp group with her which we used to ask for any assistance. Overall, a perfect experience for us and some special memories for our family to share. I would definitely recommend, and hope to return ourselves some day.

A wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa, perfect location with beautiful views literally on the door step. We enjoyed the relaxed village beach vibes and just a short stroll along the road for delicious food on the beach. Villa is spacious, well equipped and worked really well for us as two families on holiday together, we thought it was great. Enjoying a coffee on the front patio, looking out to sea, what a treat and luxury, missing it already, we would love to return.
