As a professional chef my comment to this cheese/milk factory is adorable, texture is perfect but suggesting to leave cheese on plate in fridge to dry little then you get perfect texture for consuming product.. Prices are very correct if we taking on minde costing of electricity water, and other materials ant taxes…
