This was our first time visiting Zagreb, and while the city itself is very beautiful, our experience at this place was disappointing. The rooms were decent and clean, but unfortunately, the staff (the guy at the reception) was very rude. The standard check-in time for hotels is 2 pm and we initially marked that we would reach by this time. But as we were traveling from a different city, due to traffic we got late. Luckily our friend - who is Croatian dropped us at this place. The man at the reception was very upset that we were late (though we arrived within the check-in time that is mentioned on the website), so my friend had a conversation with him in Croatian. She later told us that the man was very rude and made racist remarks about our late arrival. This shocked and upset me. There is no excuse for this type of behavior, especially in the hospitality business. A simple delay shouldn't warrant such an unwelcoming attitude.

Rooms are nice and clean,but not what you see on pictures, bathroom shower in room 3 is not draining really good, when we got there we took wrong entrance, and must be guy hwo works there start screaming and yelling calling as a names just like not educated person zero tolerance. So customer service is for zero stars, air conditioner is only in one room if you get two rooms , so get little too hot 🔥 But bigest problem is guy hwo we met at front door not professional at all he shouldn't be working there with that kind attitude!

The room does look nice, but sadly it is full of ants and other insects, so we left right away again. The staff was though friendly and we got a refund. But absolutely no reccomendation!

Stayed one night to catch the flight next morning at 8 am, Clean room shuttle services was offered for a fee 15 euros. clean safe place, but only one restaurant. bus 290 runs from Zagreb

Clean room with crispy sheets/towels, quite comfortable mattress and heated flooring. Very quiet too. And the person at the front desk very polite.
