Очень приятный салон! Все продуманно, видно вложили душу! Я ходила на маникюр к мастеру Наталье. Понравилось! Аккуратно, бережно и ответила на все мои вопросы. Кайфовая музыка, островов спокойствия! Можно выпить кофе, какао и даже вино! Вообщем мне понравилось как в Москву съездила на пилочный маникюр)))

Hello ladies. I will share my VERY BAD EXPERİENCE ABOUT THİS SALOON. i went masha beauty center and had an eyebrow microblading and permanent makeup lip procedure done there. Before going, I told them what I wanted and got price information, then I went to the beauty center and had the procedure done, but the procedure they did was not what I wanted, they did a different procedure ( powder technique) than I wanted and the result was very bad. When it was done, they told me that the process was normal, the eyebrows would be beautiful in 45 days and that I could come back in three months for correction. I went to the beauty center again for the correction, first they said they didn't have an appointment, but that was a lie, I showed them the messages, then they said the mastee was sick, that was also a lie, I checked their Instagram stories, then they wanted from me for extra money to fix the eyebrow. I paid already 30,000 dinars for both I said I didn't accept this and said that the procedure was wrong. The result was very bad, I told them that. The master told me that she misunderstood me because of the language barrier and did not find the microbladind appropriate in principle, but I asked her why did you accept the procedure then, she said that my manager accepted the procedure and showed his manager as the culprit, but I said I do not accept this. I asked for my money back. She doe s not give my money and she dont want to accept for any corrections, I have all the WhatsApp messages we talked about, they victimized me, i will share about the conversations . She also liked the result!!!!!!!
