Das Apartment befindet sich in einer guten Lage,war allerdings von dem Vermieter erst kurz vorher übernommen,womit in der Beschreibung nicht alles vorhanden war,Geschirr und Besteck in abgezählter Stückzahl der Belegung entsprechend.Der Besitzer super freundlich und Hilfsbereit,alles in allem kann man das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Z całego serca możemy polecić Villa Apolonija , czyste zadbane pokoje z łazienką oraz balkonem, na zewnątrz przepiękne rośliny , czysty zadbany ogród z basenem i miejscem do wypoczywania , czysta i spokojna okolica , bardzo blisko do plaży oraz dobrych restauracji godnych polecenia . Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny i komunikatywny , łatwe zameldowanie i dostanie się do pokoju . Polecamy wszystko było super bardzo nam się podobało idealne miejsce do wypoczęcia i na urlop wakacyjny , mamy nadzieję że wrócimy tam jeszcze raz 😀❤️

Very nice stay. Ian was welcoming and super helpful and the place & room was actually much nicer than expected! Place was clean and had an AC machine + fully functioning kitchen. ||Stores were within 5min walking and car ride to center/old town was like 5-10min. Beach was like 10min walk. ||I would recommend to everyone especially because the price-quality ratio is actually insanely good compared to other places we looked up while looking for a place to stay in Zadar.

Very nice stay. Ian was welcoming and super helpful and the place & room was actually much nicer than expected! Place was clean and had an AC machine + fully functioning kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave, stove ect. I know that this place has recently gone through a lot of upgrades as the owner has changed, so that’s why old reviews say otherwise. Stores were within 5min walking and car ride to center/old town was like 5-10min. Beach was like 10min walk. I would recommend to everyone especially because the price-quality ratio is actually insanely good compared to other places we looked up while looking for a place to stay in Zadar.

We had a great stay! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. There’s a large parking area right next to the house, which was very convenient. A lovely bonus was being able to pick fresh fruit from the trees on the property. I truly recommend this place with all my heart!
