Hotel was mediocre They only provide 3 wrist bands upon entry for the water park They don’t care if you have a family of 5 they want you to pay $60 per child $90 per adult just for an extra wristband on top of already paying $700 for 3 nights The pool was spacious & warm most the time but the main problem in regards to the pool is the over crowded pools that you can’t even swim in, you would think you paid all this money to relax but it’s the total opposite just feels like your visiting an over priced water park full of kids 5’8 and every time I tried going down the big green slides I got stuck at the bottom so obviously it wasn’t meant for adults Same for ALL the pools 3 foot pools not a single deep part Same for the lazy river

We spent a girls day-cation here as a little getaway. There were 5 of us and we shared a cabana. It included a HUGE bucket of delicious chicken fingers and fries, sangria, waters, and chips and salsa. The cabana’s are situated right next to the lazy river which was very convenient and away from most of the chaos. The drinks were great, and their service was fantastic. I would definitely go back, and plan on bringing my children along. It’s perfect for families!

Everything was closed even though we were told it was spring break. The pool was not heated at the time. The tube slide was closed and outside buildings were closed as well.
