Spannende Weinprobe bei Trapan in Istrien. Wir waren spontan dort und wollten ein paar Weine probieren. Bruno hat uns herzlich empfangen und ohne Umschweife einen Tisch und Gläser vorbereitet. Das war super unkompliziert! Wir konnten entspannt fünf oder sechs Weine verkosten, darunter auch das Flaggschiff, den Syrah Moia. Die Weine sind wirklich einzigartig und anders, als man es vielleicht gewohnt ist. Man muss sich darauf einlassen – manchmal braucht es einen zweiten Riecher oder Schluck, um ihre Besonderheit voll zu erfassen und schätzen zu lernen. Uns hat die Vielfalt und der Charakter der Weine jedenfalls überzeugt. Wir sind mit einer gemischten Kiste nach Hause gefahren und freuen uns schon darauf, sie in Ruhe zu genießen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv für alle, die offen für neue Geschmackserlebnisse sind.

Bruno gave us an absolutely fantastic tasting of all his wines. He was entertaining, knowledgeable and genuinely offers some excellent vintages. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. This evening we savoured a bottle of their rosé sparkling wine with our dinner at home, and it was just as good as we remembered. I highly recommend a visit!

Nakon sjajnog vikenda u Hotelu Premantura Resort, s mirisom bora, trava i mora, suprug i ja, dok smo pili posljednju kavu u Puli, zaključili smo kako bismo mogli kupiti nekoliko vina za nas i prijatelje, na povratku kući. Ta ideja pala nam je na um u nedjelju, u podne. Pronašla sam Vinariju Trapan u blizini. Nazvala sam jer piše, treba se najaviti. Javio nam se Bruno i rekao: Naravno da možete doći i kupiti nekoliko vina! Dok smo se vozili do tamo, bilo mi je žao što je tako opako zahladilo i što puše bura, jer bilo bi lijepo i prošetati po selu i vinogradima. Bruna nas je ugostio u ugodnom prostoru i stao vaditi čaše i sve što ima, pričajući nam o vinima, o sebi, o svojoj obitelji, o vinariji. Vina su drugačija od drugih koja smo probali tih dana. Ne bih možda rekla da su bolja, ali imaju okus, miris i boje života. Sa svakim vinom kao da pijemo priču o sreći, tuzi i nadi u sutra, a to je priča u kojoj se svi možemo pronaći.
