The lady serving at the restaurant was very unfriendly. The customer service culture was very poor. The owner should change this, as it negatively impacts the restaurant's reputation. The store, however, is great. The wines are very tasty, and the saleswomen are very friendly.

As for the restaurant service, the lady at the reception/restaurant was a bit of a disaster. It's been a while since she's caught a diglet. I don't understand how anyone can treat customers like that. The wine shop deserves 5 stars: incredibly friendly service, wonderful people, and delicious wine.

Der Pavlomir ist eine sehr schöner Weinanbauer in Novi Vinodolski. Man kann Weinproben mit Schinken und Käse Platte dazu bestellen und im Shop auch später kaufen . Die Weine sind hauptsächlich Weißweine . Es gibt aber auch Sekt oder Rosé . Uns hat der Shop und die Weinprobe sehr gut gefallen. Auch das personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Weiter so . Von uns gibt’s es 5 Sterne.

We had a wonderful tasting (menu 4 - €25 p.p.) where the local wines were given. A bubbling white, grand cru white, rose, red, and dessert white were given accompanied with a charcuterie board. The lady came to tell us each time what the wine should be eaten with and which region it came from. You can buy their wines per bottle but you can also get them in plastic bottles (drafted) which is very nice although they have to be consumed within 2 week. The prices range for bottles between 10 and 18 euros and the drafted version costs between 4 and 6 euros per liter. I can highly recommend going past here and receiving their tasting (after which you should also buy some of their delicious wine for at home or the rest of your holiday)

Lovely wine tasting. Menu 4 was €25 and had 6 different 0.1L wines to try with some olives, cheese and prosciutto. The shop sold wine in 1L, 2L and 3.5L plastic bottles for €5 to €6.5 per liter that you need to consume in 10 days (Perfect for travelling through Croatia for holidays). They also sell bottles and wine boxes pricing between €11 to €18 euros that stay good for a longer time period. Overall good prices, good wine and friendly staff.

Vrijedi posjetiti njihovu kušaonicu vina. U krugu se nalazi i trgovina u kojoj se redovito može kupiti, naglašeno, domaće grožđe, voće i povrće! Ako volite sir "Škripavac", samo ovdje ga možete kupiti.

Polecam wszystkim którzy lubią wina. Zalecam spróbować win na miejscu koszt 25€/ os. warto, niezapomniane doznania smakowe dodatkowo otrzymujemy ser szynkę oliwę i chlebek. Warto po tym wszystkim odwiedzić sklep , wszystko co potrzebne wina sery szynki wszystko ... Można też kupić wina nalewane w butelki 1, 2, 3,5,litrowe w przystępnej cenie a smaku jak z butelki.

Ein wunderbares Winetasting für 25eur pro Person mit 6 Weinen und einer kleinen Platte mit Oliven, Käse, Schinken, Brot und Olivenöl. Eine sehr fachkundige Dame führte uns durch das Tasting und wir durften den Weinkeller besichtigen. Wunderschöne, ruhige Gegend. Traumhaft
