V srcu Vipavske doline vas vabi Hiša Vin Rondič, kjer se tradicija vinogradništva in vinarstva združuje z modernimi pristopi. Naša hiša, ki stoji na Slapu v prelepi okolici, je več kot 250 let stara in ponuja edinstveno vinsko izkušnjo, ki jo boste zagotovo zapomnili.
Naša zgodba
Slovimo po več kot štirih generacijah, ki jih povezuje strast do vina. Obnovili smo tradicionalno hišo, v kateri se skriva velika moderna klet. Ta nam omogoča, da z ljubeznijo delimo edinstvene okuse naših vin, ki jih gojimo na 11 hektarjih vinogradov, razprostrtih po lapornatih terasah Vipavskih gričev.
Tradicionalne vrednote in inovacije
Naša tradicija je opremljena s pomembnim zgodovinskim bogastvom, vključno z edinstveno knjigo Matije Vertovca iz leta 1844. V tej knjigi, znani kot Vinoreja, je zapisalo posvetilo, ki poudarja našo zavezanost kakovosti in znanju. Z veseljem vam predstavljamo repliko v Goriškem muzeju, medtem ko hranimo original doma, da ga lahko s ponosom pokažemo našim gostom.
Naša vina
V naši sodobni kleti, zgrajeni leta 2003, dominirajo bela vina, vključno z sortami Pinela, Rebula, Malvazija, Beli pinot, Sauvignon in Rumeni muškat. Posebno pozornost namenjamo tudi rdečim vinom, zlasti sortama Cabernet Sauvignon in Merlot. Naši gostje se lahko prepustite pokušini vin v obokanem delu kleti, ob unikatni leseni mizi, skupaj s domačim pršutom.

I was fortunate to have had a private tour with Matej on the 13th of July, and it was an exceptional experience. The tour included a tasting of five exquisite wines, followed by a tasting of a homemade Cognac in the delightful cellars. Matej's deep knowledge and passion for the region shone through as he shared the rich history of the area, specifically the charming village of Slap. His insights were both educational and engaging, making the history come alive. One of the highlights of the tour was learning about the different grape varieties used in the wines. Matej's explanations were clear and informative, providing a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in winemaking. Overall, the private tour with Matej was a delightful and enlightening experience. The combination of excellent wines, fascinating history, and expert guidance made it a truly memorable day. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the wine and heritage of this beautiful region.

We had a wonderful time with Matej as he walked us through the history of winemaking the region and his family’s significant role as longtime wine producers in the Vipava Valley. It was a delightfully personal experience as he sat with us and enjoyed a glass of wine as he took us through the tasting. His wife Tanja also came by with some incredible food to pair with the excellent wine. This was a highlight of our time in Vipava and our trip to Slovenia as a whole. Our only regret was not taking more Rondic wine home with us. Thank you Matej and Tanja! You are great company and we hope to return someday.

Had a private tour with Matej and his wife he was very informative. All 4 wines (2 white, 1 red, 1 rose) and the cognac tasted great! Matej gave us the history of the winery dating back to 1680 all within their family. Would highly recommend

We did the 2hrs tasting with 5 different wines & a Cognac. We loved the family atmosphere that Matej and Tanja provide! Besides great wines we learned a lot of interesting facts and personal stories from Matej, we got a generous snack plate with only local specialties (sooo good!!) and went down in the cellar to try „the cherry on top“, aka a sweet blueberry liquor. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! The visit was supposed to last 45min and we had such a great time more than 1h with the pationate owner. The wine are delicious and we even tasted local and homemade food. We really recommend this wine house !

Tasty wines and great conversation with the owner Matej. You will also hear a little bit about the history of village Slap and winemaking in general. With the wines we enjoyed nice produce from their own farm and the village!

Erg leuke wijnproeverij! We hebben een korte wandeling gedaan door de wijngaarden en kregen buiten alvast 2 wijntjes! We konden kersen plukken en Matej vertelde vanalles over de regio en de geschiedenis van deze wijnprovincie. Het plateau met vleeswaren en kaas viel goed in de smaak. De sfeer was erg knus, ook omdat de kinderen van Matej gezellig meeliepen en erbij kwamen zitten als hij iets vertelde. De wijnen waren lekker!
