His introduction to the wine cellar and honor-system pantry immediately set the tone for the trust and hospitality that defined our entire stay. Mario took genuine care in walking us through all the property's amenities, but the highlight was when he scheduled a special evening to prepare an authentic local cuisine dinner cooked over an outdoor fire. This wasn't just a meal—it was one of our most memorable dining experiences in all of Croatia, showcasing both his culinary skills and dedication to creating unique guest experiences. Throughout our stay, Mario's responsiveness was impeccable. Whether we needed additional towels or assistance with the hot tub heater, he was always just a message away and arrived promptly to help. The property itself is stunning--which he built himself over the past decade. Villa Praska is a fantastic property in a great location. The beach and promenade is a short 10 minute walk away with plenty of good food options. The villa is beautifully appointed, swimming pool is a good size, sauna heats up quickly and works very well. Very luxurious feel to the villa as a whole. Mario and his wife Tihana were great hosts and provided plenty of recommendations, we followed as many as we could in the week we had and will return and no doubt follow some of the rest. Highly recommend.

We stayed there during our holidays in May. We had amazing time. The house is beautiful and both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are great! We visited the place with a 2 YO toddler and we really appreciated that there were a crib and a baby chair. Additionaly, Mario was a great host, very helpful through the whole visit. We can highly recommend Villa Praska!

What a wonderful villa stay. Beautiful decorations inside and out. Mario is the best host. Frequently checked on us to make sure we are ok. His family local produce is a must try. Love to come back !
