Wir waren als sechsköpfige Gruppe eine Woche in der Villa Elements in Novalja und es war einfach großartig! Ivan, der Vermieter, war immer super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserer Ankunft alles gezeigt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir konnten ihn jederzeit kontaktieren. Anfangs waren wir ein bisschen skeptisch, weil die Villa relativ neu ist und wir die vierten Gäste waren, aber unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren anfangs etwas skeptisch, ob dieses Haus wirklich existiert – doch alle Zweifel waren sofort verflogen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir direkt von Ivan empfangen, der uns freundlich und unkompliziert alles Wichtige zeigte. Selten wurden wir von einem Gastgeber so herzlich behandelt! Die Villa war wunderschön, wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause und fanden uns schnell zurecht. Besonders toll war, dass der Strand und viele gute Restaurants nur wenige Minuten entfernt waren – das i-Tüpfelchen auf einer perfekten Woche. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke, Ivan!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Elements – und was soll ich sagen: Wow. Die Lage ist top, ruhig und trotzdem nah am Geschehen. Perfekt, um tagsüber zu entspannen und abends richtig einen draufzumachen. Der Host war durchgehend erreichbar, ultra freundlich und hilfsbereit. So einen Service hatten wir wirklich noch nie – absolute Weltklasse! Zur Villa selbst: Riesig, modern, extrem sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vom Poolbereich über die Zimmer bis zur Ausstattung – hier wurde an alles gedacht. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar besser. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für diese geile Zeit! 🙌

This was the most stunning place to stay in Novalja! I would happily book this again, the location, the place, the interior, exterior, your privacy, the features, were all amazing!! This place pops! What an insane gaff!! 🔥.. i cant wait to go back already, felt like you were on love island!! Don't miss out!! Also, very good service from host, catered for all our needs quickly and effortlessly. 10/10!

I had an incredible time at Villa Elements in Novalja. The place was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A big thank you to Ivan, the owner, who was genuinely kind and helpful throughout our visit. He made sure everything was running smoothly and was quick to assist with anything we needed.
