Wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well equipped, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The view was amazing, and the location was peaceful yet close to everything. The host was kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back!

Wir waren mit 11 Personen in der Villa und es war einfach rundum perfekt! Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – groß, sauber und mit einer richtig gemütlichen Lounge direkt daneben, perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch innen ist die Villa sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Tischtennisplatte und die Grillmöglichkeit – ideal für einen geselligen Abend. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet area, but just a short walk from the old town and beaches. The host was incredibly kind and gave us great tips for exploring Rovinj. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing villa with everything you need for a perfect stay! The pool was clean and refreshing, the outdoor area with a BBQ and plenty of space for socializing was just perfect. The interior and exterior are beautifully designed, with many unique stone details that give the place a special charm and character. Spacious, spotless, and with convenient parking. Peaceful location and great hosts — highly recommended!
