Very nice and peaceful neighbourhood with an amazing view. Clean and comfy apartment. The family has made us feel just like at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels are included. In walking distance of Škocjan caves. Place to park your car.

I've never met such friendly, open minded and helpful people in a forgein country before. I did spend 3 nights in the apartment, which was very clean. You'll get two rooms with a big kitchen for about 50 € per night. Only 5 minutes to walk and you reach the Caves in Matavun (Skocjanske Caves), which are one of the biggest in Slovenia and UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. It's absolut worth it to visit and you get 15 % discount from the Family in the apartment. Thank you very much, I really enjoyed staying at your place. I hope I'll be able to come back as soon as possible!

Io sono arrivata il 8 Giugno da Divača grazie a una donna che mi ha portata con sua macchina dalla stazione del treno, perché non aveva bus a Matavun. Io non sapevo que il luogo era isolato e la mamma di Sara, a qui non ho conosciuto, è stata una donna magnifica, mi ha portato con Lei quando si è andata al supermarket a fare le spesse per se stessa. Dopo mi ha dato una tessera per le grotte, per pagare con sconto. Inoltre a quello ha chiamato a un tassi a Sezana, per trovarmi a Trieste al seguente giorno quando me ne sono andata di Matavun. Tutto pulito e completo per cucinare. Il paesagio magnifico di fronte alla casa. Veramente mi sono sentita molto contenta per la sua amabilitá e disposizione per aiutarmi. What an amazing place to stay; right next to the Škocjan cave. Nice and Clean Appartements and a really friendly host-family who will always have good advise what to do with your time. The Hostel nearby provides the best breakfast and for dinner you can choose between the hostel and another restaurant 7min away. If you wanna cook yourself there is a supermarket in divaca with all you need. We enjoyed our trip alot, will definetly come back and recommend this place to others! Thanks for having us!

We just finished a week long retreat at this place and I'm more than satisfied. The Znidarcic family made us feel at home and also helped us a lot to get tickets to the amazing caves around, and to rent the neighbouring house for our workshop. Very thankful! 🙏👍

Great place for short and long stay. The host is really nice and communicates well in english. Rooms were cozy and well equipped. The building is near Skocjanskie Cave which is another +. I highly recommend staying here for a night or more.

Pani majitelka je uzasna zena, ubytovala nas bez predchoziho bookovani. Proste jsme projizdeli a zastavili se. Ubytovani je bez jidla, ale pekne apartmanky pro 4az 6 lidi s kuchynkou. Zna okoli, poradi co kde a jak a ubytovani zde, maji slevu do Škocjanske jeskyne.
