Арендовали авто на неделю, брали в аэропорту города Задар, возвращали в аэропорту Сплита, все отлично, машина Рено Клио 2025 года выпуска, чистая, без посторонних запахов. Карты кредитной у нас не было поэтому оплачивали дебетовой, залог вернули через три рабочих дня как и обещали. При получении машину по фотографировали, при возврате просто показали фото царапин и никто к нам не придирался. Вообщем рекомендую 🤗

Not a nice experience. I made two separate advance reservations for a car hire in Zadar. For the first rental, I was made to pay a 15 EUR 'cleaning fee' before I was even allowed to take the car and was told my reservation would be cancelled with no refund if I didn't pay. For the second rental, the same thing happened except it was a 20 EUR fee. Both times, the car was returned completely clean and free of damage. Save your time and effort, go to one of the larger more established car rental companies in Zadar.

Hallo zusammen, Ich lese erst jetzt eure Bewertungen nachdem ich schon bei XL Rent ein Auto gemietet habe. Hätte ich sie vorher gelesen würde ich bei Xl Rent kein Auto mieten. ABER ZUM GLÜCK HABE ICH SIE NICHT GELESEN. Ich kam am Flughafen Zadar an und brauchte ein kleines Auto. Nach einigen Firmen kam ich zu XL Rent. Die nette Dame war freundlich und hilfsbereit mir und meiner Frau ein für uns gutes Angebot zu machen. Wir bekamen ein neuen Renault Clio mit ca. 13000km Top Zustand sauber innen und außen das Auto war auf einem reservierten Parkplatz der Firma am Flughafen geparkt. nichteinmal 1 min zu Fuß. Nachdem wir gemeinsam und jeder für sich das Auto komplett photografierten war alles erledigt und wir konnten schon los. Auf den Preis kamen noch 20€ Reinigungskosten drauf. Was ich in Ordnung. Nach einer Woche Spaß mit dem Auto, kamen wir wieder am Flughafen an. Der Parkplatz war reserviert wir mussten nur das XL Rent aCar Schild zur Seite stellen unf einparken. Die Rückgabe war schnell erledigt und ohne Komplikationen. Von mir eine klare weiter Empfehlung.

They are SCAMMERS, they ask for a deposit of €500 and afterwards they charged cleaning fee and fuel fee. The car was in the same conditions, but could not argew cos nobody showed up and had to put the keys in the keybox. it looked a good deal but lost €200 extra. Stay away from them!!!!

What a disaster! Go with a trusted supplier. I rented a car through EasyCar because I thought I would be covered and get help if anything went wrong but when the car hire company charged me over 200 Euro to fill two tanks, 6 months later, I am still battling to get my money back. I rented a car for 2 weeks in Croatia from a scam company through EasyCar called XL Rent A Car. I rented an estate car as we were travelling around the country and had plans to travel to different countries. We arrived at 2-3 in the morning and we picked up a Ford Focus Estate. It was dark, we were tired, picked up the car and drove to a hotel. In the morning, I realised it had over 200,000km on the clock, but thought that this is how things must be in Croatia so we continued our holiday. About 2-3 hours into our first day, the clutch and air conditioning packed in and I only just got it off the road and into a service station in a safe parking space. I called the company and was told someone would call me back. When the boss called me, she accused me of driving the car incorrectly and that is why the clutch broke... I said... Its got over 200,000 km on the clock... Maybe its old and broken. After arguing with this nasty woman, she said that she would send someone and they would be there in a few hours. 6-7 hours later a guy turned up with a newer car, he tinkered with the broken car and somehow got it working again, making me think it was a known issue. As this car broke down, I had no ability to put back in it the 1/4 of a tank we used. The 2nd car came with no paperwork. I took pictures of the fuel gage and videos of the car and got on with our holiday. At the end of the holiday, I filled the car back up and added an extra 1/4 tank to repay the fuel from the first car and then after I got home, I was hit with two cars being refilled at a cost of 100 EURO each. I lost a day of my holiday and have been fighting this for months, Easy car keep asking for proof I filled up the first car... its like they are completely ignoring what actually happened! DO NOT USE EASY CAR and NEVER USE XL RENT A CAR! SCAM!
