We had a very smooth and pleasant trip, on this good value-for-money vessel. We had excellent service, support and communication from Vesna and the staff at Adria service. The boat itself had good space for our family of five and was equipped with what we needed, and quite easy to sail. The Outboard engine for the dinghy was definitely worth the price, for the days we stayed at anchorage sites.

Tolles, freundliches Team sowohl im Büro als auch am Pier. Die Übergabe war ausführlicher als bei manchen anderen. Auch hatten wir die Gelegenheit, das Boot vorab alleine zu inspizieren, was ich persönlich sehr gut finde. So konnte ich mir in Ruhe einen Überblick über den Gesamtzustands des Bootes machen und für mich wichtige Details überprüfen. Falls etwas nicht klar war, konnte ich bei der Übergabe eingehend fragen. Mängel bei der Ausrüstung konnte ich reklamieren - es wurde sofort nachgeliefert oder als mangelhaft notiert. Wir hatten nach dem Törn einen kleinen Schaden am Boot, bei der Rückgabe wurde der schnell und unbürokratisch abgewickelt. Kaution gabs sofort zurück. Wir hatten eine schöne neue Bavaria C42 die zwar nicht üppig ausgestattet aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung war. Sie war überraschend schnell, ist aber kein Racer. Allgemein möchte ich sagen, dass es im Charterbetrieb (vor allem bei alten Booten) immer wieder zu Mängel kommen kann. Von der Rückgabe des Bootes bis zur nächsten Übernahme vergehen nur wenige Stunden. Daher sollten auch wir Charterer bei der Übernahme genau schauen und bei der Rückgabe alle (neuen) Mängel angeben. Das hilft dem Team des Vercharterers und dem nächsten Chartergast :)

Ho noleggiato assieme ad amici una barca a vela della flotta. In fase di check-in è stato omesso dal marinaio un importante difetto strutturale: il montante del pulpito di poppa non era solidalmente fissato alla coperta in quanto privo di tutte le viti di fissaggio. Ci siamo accorti di questo durante la crociera, quando abbiamo trovato il montante sporgente dalla coperta. Questo ha comportato la perdita del gommone (che era stato fissato solidalmente al montante con doppio nodo piano). Ovviamente nulla da dire sulla perdita del gommone (nostra responsabilità), ma GRAVE responsabilità di Adria Service aver negato il difetto del pulpito, anche a posteriori una volta rientrati alla base. Cosa sarebbe potuto succedere se un membro dell'equipaggio di fosse appoggiato o seduto sul pulpito? Cosa ancora più grave di Adria aver dato la disponibilità a riconoscere parte del danno compensandolo con un voucher sulla prossima crociera, cosa poi mai avvenuta. Giudizio: società poco seria e incurante dell'incolumità dei propri clienti. Sconsiglio.

A Luglio ho noleggiato un 43 piedi presso AYS per una settimana, vi consiglio vivamente di ispezionare molto bene la barca in fase di check in, onde evitare alcuni spiacevoli imprevisti come sono capitati a me ... Vi dico solo che ho trovato acqua salata in sentina, (mi è stato detto che era tutto regolare in caso si sarebbe accesa la pompa di sentina), la strumentazione aveva tutti i vetri in plastica opacizzati e di difficile lettura e non si poteva aumentare il contrasto per una visione migliore, il vang era criccato quindi inutilizzabile, il GPS aveva una cartografia molto datata e basica, ed altre cose che non sto ad elencare per non annoiarvi. Lascio a voi le debite conclusioni. A tutti buon ventoooo.

Attenzione Attenzione! Nel corso della prima settimana di luglio abbiamo noleggiato presso Ays la barca Mantiz per una settimana. Il mio consiglio è quello di verificare mooolto bene lo stato della barca al check in poiché se mi avessero avvisato di alcune problematiche presenti avrei potuto fare una vacanza perfetta, cosa che nn è stata. Mi dispiace inoltre dover notare che il management non si è reso minimamente responsabile di questa mancanza. Buon vento a tutti.

Wir chartern jetzt schon seit vielen Jahren hier und werden das weiterhin tun. Die Boote sind gut gewartet, das Service ist perfekt. Und genau darum geht es! Izola ist die ideale Basis für Törns in der oberen Adria und nicht nur das: Der Ort selbst ist bezaubernd! Adria Service in Izola bleibt unser absoluter Favorit in der Adria!

The staff is so friendly and available to accommodate your requirements. They left me and my girlfriend a rose inside the boat as a surprise for valentine's day and it was so nice. The boat was really nice, and the prices very affordable. Add the fact that the Adriatic coast of Slovenia is so beautiful, and the experience was delightful.

Wir haben die Elan Impression 40 „Hope E“ (BJ 2017) und mussten sehr negative Erfahrungen machen, was Boot und Vercharterer angeht. Tiefenmesser war defekt und zeigte falsche Wassertiefe an (Basispersonal war nicht in der Lage, Rekalibrierung vorzunehmen). Anzeige des Wassertanks funktionierte nicht (Anzeige immer 100%). Nach dem erneuten Befüllen des Wassertanks stellte sich heraus, dass die Wasserpumpe der Yacht zu schwach war, Wasser bei Luft im System anzusaugen. Treibstoffanzeige war ungenau (erhielten das Boot mit 84% und übergaben es wieder mit 88%, obwohl vollgetankt). Deckel der Wassertanks in Salon und Vorschiff undicht: Feuchtigkeit und muffiger Geruch in Kabine und Salon. Der gebuchte Außenbordmotor wurde uns erst gegen 22 Uhr am Anreisetag übergeben und wir versäumten es, den Motor sofort zu testen. Entgegen der Versicherung des Basispersonals funktionierte der Außenborder am nächsten Tag in einer anderen Marina nicht. Wahrheitswidrig wurde uns gegenüber am Telefon behauptet, der Motor sei noch beim Check-in getestet worden und habe funktioniert. Das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Der Schlauch des gebuchten Gennakers war defekt, sodass die Bergefunktion des Schlauchs nicht zur Verfügung stand. Zwei der an Bord befindlichen Festmacherleinen befanden sich in desolatem Zustand und lösten sich bereits auf. Das Boot war darüber hinaus sehr dreckig: die Fliegengitter waren allesamt bräunlich verfärbt und eingerissen, das Geschirr musste von uns noch einmal komplett gespült werden, bevor es einigermaßen nutzbar war. Wir fanden noch diversen Müll von anderen Crews in den Schränken. Die vereinbarte Kautionshöhe wurde zudem nicht wie im Vertrag geregelt geblockt, sondern in voller Höhe abgebucht (das fiel erst in der Mitte des Törns auf). Eine Erstattung wollte die Charterfirma nicht ohne Weiteres vornehmen und behauptete (was nicht zutreffend ist), es würden hierfür sämtliche Kreditkartendaten inkl. CVC-Nummer benötigt, die per E-Mail zugeschickt werden sollten (was wir aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht getan haben). Die seglerischen Eigenschaften der Yacht waren grds gut, die Segel in altersentsprechendem, aber ordentlichem Zustand. Leider zeigten sich auch unter Segeln Mängel: Die Klemme des Großfalls hielt nicht richtig, sodass das Großsegel nach dem Setzen immer einige Zentimeter „durchrutschte“ und das Vorliek nicht richtig gespannt war (auch möglich, dass das Großfall Ursache war, weil bereits recht alt). Die Genuawinschen waren in Zusammenspiel mit den schon sehr betagten Vorschoten ebenfalls bei höherem Druck im Segel kaum noch zu gebrauchen, da die Schot einfach durch die Holeschiene zurückrutschte und sich hierdurch häufig vertörnte (uU auch aufgrund falscher Dicke der Schot für die Winsch). Der Check-in lief völlig chaotisch ab (zwei Mitarbeiter waren zuständig für 14 Boote und kein ordentliches Verfahren). Eine Einweisung in die wichtigsten Funktion erfolgte nicht einmal ansatzweise. Bei der Rückgabe der Yacht berechnete man uns noch einmal einen Betrag für einen ausgerissenen Reißverschluss im Bimini, der auf üblichen Verschleiß eines fünf Jahre alten Bootes zurückzuführen war. Zudem keine festen Ansprechpersonen; Verantwortung und Entgegenkommen wurde seitens der Firma zurückgewiesen. Wir können absolut niemandem raten hier zu chartern. Es ist selbstverständlich klar, dass ein Charterboot niemals „perfekt“ übergeben werden kann – dafür sind die Zeitfenster samstags zu klein, die den Unternehmen zur Verfügung stehen. Dreckiges Geschirr kann man spülen, Müll aufräumen und einen Gennaker auch ohne Schlauch setzen. Trotzdem war das Boot in sicherheitsrelevanten Punkten mängelbehaftet (Tiefenmesser, Winschen, Großfall, Festmacherleinen, usw.), die sich auf einer seegehenden Yacht niemals zeigen dürfen. Darüber hinaus waren mit Ausnahme der Kommunikation im Vorfeld (die lief ok) sämtliche Abläufe chaotisch und unprofessionell (Kaution, Kreditkartendaten, Check-in und Rückgabe, usw.).

Company looked good at first, but the yachts are in terrible condition. I was unlucky to take the worst (may be not). It was difficult to find something that was in good condition. I attached the photo of the problems I found while checked the boat in (the worst were engine oil and engine cooling water leakage, and chewed main sail (luff at the top was torn). Because of the bad yacht condition check-in procedure was delayed for a day. With the assistance of charter company we managed to fix water leakage from the engine. But other problems were unfixable in short time. Every day I checked the oil level in the engine and refilled it with the oil. On the sea we got another problem with the boat: splited at the seam main sail, bed water pipes connection, which we found after drying more then 100 liters from the bilge. All the problem were fixed by my team and me. No compensation for missed day of sailing and for repairment were provided. At the and of our journey we parked the boat just the same position it was when checked-in. We had agreed with with charter company to check-out the boat on Friday, because of the early transfer from the marina on Saturday. They did brief checked-out on Friday, and said that they will check bottom and gennaker early at the morning on Saturday. 5 minutes before our departure the company told us that we furled mooring on the propeller, and got water leakage near the engine because of this. I took a man from charter company to see the problem with engine they described. After we start the engine and open engine room we found no water leakage they described. The man tried to convince me that water came to the oil and become of this the oil level is higher than it should be. But after I wipe the dipstick and repeated the probe the level was in good position. Having no more arguments they referred on the statements of a diver. After an argue they charged 500 euro from us. Not only does the company rent out boats in terrible condition, they are still trying to cash in on the sailors who take and repair their boats.

Organisatorisches Chaos, man muss Ewigkeiten warten bis die Boote übergeben werden, schlecht geputzt, Vorsegel mit Riss, während des Ankerns haben wir den Anker verloren, weil durch schlecht gewartetes Material der Schäkel rausgebrochen ist. 2 Tage auf neuen Anker gewartet und dann sollten wir auch noch bezahlen. Nicht ein Funken von schlechtem Gewissen, sondern nur Abzocke. Nie wieder mit diesem Yachtcharter, wenn es ging 0 Sterne

Capitato lì per caso diversi anni fa e sempre ritornato con piacere. Barche per tutte le esigenze e tasche. Personale affabile e disponibile. Non ricordo avere mai avuto un problema amministrativo. Rari i problemi tecnici, inevitabili per chi pratica la vela, ma tutti di poco conto, sempre risolti con professionalità. Un Grazie a Vesna & Vesna che sono in ufficio e a Boris, sempre in giro per il marina, per aver contribuito a farmi fare ferie (e qualche regata) spensierate. A Presto!
