Great views of Ljubljana, worth a trip up in the lift. It's free to go up and there's no need to order anything. If you order drinks and food be prepared for a wait (especially for hot food, toasted sandwiches etc.) but it's not badly priced and the view is beautiful.

The view is the only good thing here. The waiters are unfriendly, the coffee was lukewarm and they blast horrible music at a really high volume. You can go up there for the view, but don't say for drinks or anything else really.
