Un peu excessif l entrée du parc. Venir au matin est plus agréable. 15 euro le bateau, ça le mérite.

Heel erg mooi park. Wij zijn begonnen bij de Lozovac-ingang. Hier is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid en vanaf hier kan je de bus pakken naar beneden, of de afdaling van ca. 900m zelf maken, wat wij hebben gedaan. Prima pad, wel erg steil, maar met onze kinderen (5 & 8 jaar) prima te doen. Beneden gekomen kan je beginnen aan de tocht over de houten vlonders waarbij je door het natuurpark wandelt. We zijn hier ongeveer anderhalf uur bezig geweest. Uiteindelijk kom je bij de Stradinski Buk waterval. Prachtige waterval en zeker de moeite waard. Hierna kom je nog langs verschillende huisjes waar ambachten te bewonderen zijn en je uitleg kan krijgen over de watermolen(s) die hier staan. Daarna krijg je de mogelijkheid om met de bus terug naar boven te keren of om even te wandelen naar de boten. Wij wilden de boot pakken naar het Visovac eiland, maar toevallig ging deze boot op deze dag niet. Je kan ook de boot nemen naar Roski Slap, een andere waterval. Wij hebben er voor gekozen om terug naar de auto te gaan en 40 minuten te rijden naar de entree van Roski Slap. Met kaartjes voor het park kan je gedurende de dag bij alle entrees toegang krijgen.

Tourist making money machine at its best. Very beautiful waterfalls and the walking area around it, but it is so overcrowded that it kills almost all the pleasant experience and joy. This place is simply too small for the crowd that comes daily to the park. The park doesn't have entry timeslots to spread the people and let them actually enjoy the nature. It's not possible to by the boat tickets upfront, there is no information on the website and at the entrance. By the way, don't take any boa trips, it's not worth it all. It's hugely overpriced - a ticket of 40 euros per adult that doesn't include anything except for the bus ride from the Lozovac entrance to the waterfall. You're done within max two hours out of 10 hours that the park is open for visitors. There is nothing to do here except for taking a boat. We took a boat trip to Roski Slap (additional 55 euro for 2 adults and one child) that suppose to include a visit to Visovac Island with a monastery. What a huge disappointment !!! We had rather small motorboat for the number of people it was carrying, with very uncomfortable seats and a smell of gasoline from the engine. The whole trip took an hour one way, just to discover that the water fall is located far away from the place we were allowed to swim. It was not possible to swim next to it or in the lake except for a tiny peace of water next to the river bank. Another regret is that the visit to Roski slap lasts only 1:30 hr, which is definitely not enough to enjoy the hike, to swim in the lake and get some drinks at the local restaurant. Two hours of painful boat trip to partly enjoyable 'visit' to the Roski Slap waterfall. Don't take the boat - it's a total waist of your time and money. With a full ticket it is possible to drive in the park (this info is not present on the website). If you are by car, just drive to Roski slap and the other places in the park to properly enjoy it.
