Wow! Onaj osjećaj bijega iz gradske vreve u prekrasnu prirodu..neprocjenjivo. Pojeli smo ručak u planinarskom domu, nije neki izbor, ali smo se najeli. Čobanac je bio solidan. Piletina s pomfrijem nesto losija. Nakon toga smo se uputili na poučnu stazu. Zaustavljali se kod svake info točke i promatrali i upijali prirodu. Slap je prekrasan. Za ulaz od 2 eura po osobi jos smo i besplatno dopunili naš električni automobil. Sve u svemu, odlično provedeno vrijeme. Isplatilo se potegnuti iz Čakovca.

Great place to spend the weekend with friends and family. Nature is beautiful, hiking trails are marked and well maintained and there's a lot of space for all kinds of activities. There is also a designated barbecue spot + playground for children. You can even buy food and drinks at the mountaineering refuge. Personally I try to visit it couple of times a year and it never disappoints

Jako lijepo. Šteta što je suša pa nema puno vode na slapu. Lijepo uređena staza za šetnju. Ima planinarski dom u kojem se može pojesti i popiti. Mi smo jeli grah. Cijene nisu pretjerane. Osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo. Također i djelatnica na ulazu u izletište.....

This is a beautiful and peaceful natural retreat, perfect for a half-day visit. The main trail, 'Grofova staza' (Count's Path), begins with two picturesque small lakes, winds through enchanting woods, and culminates in the impressive 30-meter Skakavac waterfall. Ideal for beginners, this trail can be comfortably completed in under 2 hours, even if you take your time to appreciate each educational stop. Beyond the trails, there's also a charming kids' playground and a lovely meadow where you can simply relax and immerse yourself in nature. However, there were a couple of aspects that I found less satisfactory: The restaurant's food offerings were quite limited. Additionally, while a map at the start of the trails numbers each point, the actual points along the path lack these corresponding numbers. This makes it challenging to accurately track your progress and confirm your current location, which could certainly be improved for a smoother experience.

Ako volite prirodu svakako posjetite ovo izletište. Postoji mogućnost za laganu šetnju uz jezero. Za one koji ne vole stepenice ili visinu predložila bi da ostanu na šetnjici uz jezero. Slap Skakavac je vrijedan posjeta i nije daleko od Planinarskog doma. Za to se vrijedi malo uzbrdo i nizbrdo potruditi. Samo je jedan put do slapa i nazad. Stepenište uz slap je zatvoreno s jedne strane.
