Beautiful apartment Smash C1 + C3 – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The value for money is truly excellent; it’s hard to find such quality at this price! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Suntourist shuttle stop and well connected to everything you need. The area is quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also really appreciated the hosts’ kindness and availability – they gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. Ideal for couples or groups of friends. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Im Rahmen einer Abifahrt wurde uns über die Ventus Travel Agency ein Apartment in Novalja zugewiesen – leider war dieses in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Wir landeten zu viert in einer kleinen Dachgeschosswohnung ohne Balkon, mit kaum funktionierender Klimaanlage und einem starken Kanalgeruch aus der Dusche, der kaum auszuhalten war. Unter einem Bett fanden wir außerdem, wie es schien, getrocknete Spuckreste. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde der Fleck zwar entfernt, zum üblen Geruch hieß es aber nur, man könne „nichts machen“. Insgesamt wirkten die zuständigen Personen wenig hilfsbereit und zeigten kaum Verständnis für die Situation. Erst durch unsere eigene Agentur konnten wir ein neues, deutlich besseres Apartment bekommen. Die Betreuung durch Ventus war leider enttäuschend und nicht kundenorientiert.

Bloß nicht buchen!!! Der penetrante „Sicherheitsdienst“ – eine Truppe aggressiv gestimmter, muskulöser Einschüchterer – sucht ab 22 Uhr jegliche Quelle von Geräuschen, um ihre angestaute Wut an den Bewohnern abzulassen. Es erwischte nicht nur unsere Nachbarn, sondern direkt am ersten Abend auch uns. Wir sind, nach dem langen Reisetag und einem sehr kurzen, dafür aber schlechten Check-in, in den Pool gegangen. Dieser lud uns mit einer Beleuchtung, die um 21 Uhr anging, regelrecht ein. Leider ist es ab 21 Uhr nicht mehr gestattet, in den Pool zu gehen. Da wir dies durch diverse, verschiedene Zeitangaben aber nicht klar ausmachen konnten (am Pool stand 20 Uhr – störte aber niemanden vom Personal), haben wir uns nach den allgemein gültigen Ruhezeiten gerichtet: 22 Uhr. Das war jedoch laut der Reaktion des wild herumschreienden „Staff“-Mitglieds ein fataler Fehler. Daraufhin sind wir an den folgenden Tagen ab 21–21:30 Uhr aus unserem teuer gebuchten Appartement geflüchtet – da bei dem leisesten Mucks, den einer der “Stasi-Offiziere” vernahm, ein sehr unangemessenes, aggressives Gebrüll mit gebrochenem Englisch und viel Kroatisch die Stimmung sofort zerstörte. Die Appartements waren noch dazu schlecht eingerichtet und mit teilweise unbrauchbaren Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es war bereits bei der Ankunft einiges kaputt – und wir sollen nun dafür aufkommen?! NEIN! Reinste Abzocke in Form von überteuerten Rechnungen für 15 Jahre alte Gebrauchsgegenstände mit entsprechenden Gebrauchsspuren, für die wir nun verantwortlich gemacht werden sollen. Bitte überdenkt gut, ob ihr euch diese Kopfschmerzen wirklich antun wollt – oder lieber woanders bucht!!!!! Wir sind nun nach früherer Abreise wieder auf deutschem Boden und sitzen aktuell auf mehreren Tausend Euro für nicht geleistete Dienstleistungen. Das mal so als kleiner Einblick in unseren „tollen“ Aufenthalt in einem Appartement von Ventus. Dabei hätte das Appartement die besten Voraussetzungen für einen geilen Urlaub, super Lage angemessene Größe. Einen eigenen Parkplatz und direkt am Meer. Ich hoffe, dass Ventus kritische Rezensionen nicht so behandelt wie zahlende Kunden – damit ihr nicht auf diese Abzockfalle hereinfällt. Ich habe fürs Leben gelernt – und das war sehr teuer und mit einem Haufen Stress verbunden!

Smash B - Apartment with Private Pool is in a brand new building, everything was super nice, beds very comfortable (even the couch) and kitchen well equipped. Pool was clean and had perfect water temperature. Only thing that wasn’t working was the WiFi. Staff was friendly and professional, location is great too (5minutes by walk to the beach and bust stop, 10minutes to the supermarket and several restaurants). I can only recommend.

The team were incredible, especially Luka, Sergen and Peter, who went above and beyond to be helpful, accommodating and look after us! Would 100% recommend.
