Great room to stay in, nice and helpful host, slight lack of information ahead of time. What we liked: The room was just as pictured, very clean and beautiful and had many comforts that were appreciated (glasses, silverware, refrigerator). The design is gorgeous and new. The location was great and a very close walk to the harbor and Split city center. What we disliked: We didn't have all the instructions to check in. There could be more information provided ahead of time so that we knew everything without having to contact the host. Wifi info should be posted in the room or sent in the initial welcome message. Also information about which key box to use, which floor the rooms are located on, and what room name to go in is all pretty vital. Still a very great place to stay in Split. Highly recommend. Just remember that there is no elevator (most old towns don't have elevators). The rooms are located on the third floor.

Great Villa. Spacious and very well equipped. It was immaculate. So clean. Nice remote spot away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the coast - we explored small beaches as well as Makarska itself and Imotski where we went to The Blue Lake which was amazing. A car is a must. We had a small issue with pool looking a bit cloudy after cleaning but someone came back and cleaned it again. In fact he came each day and cleaned the patio area too. Super helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a wonderful week in this villa ROGLIC with our children. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to truly relax our minds, bodies, and souls. The kids had a blast in the pool all day long. We only went to Makarska beach once, just to do some shopping and see the seaside—but honestly, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the villa. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Every room was spotless, the kitchen was very functional, and each floor had its own bathroom and toilet. Everything was of high quality and exceptionally clean. The backyard is completely private. We could comfortably go in and out of the pool without being seen. No one saw us, and we didn’t see anyone either. There are only storage areas and a shed behind the house, and no one comes there—you don’t see anyone. The only issue was that the pool was a bit cold on the first day, but once we contacted Josipa, it was resolved immediately and we didn’t experience any problems after that. The welcome basket with gifts upon arrival was also a lovely touch. We’re already thinking about which dates to book for next year. Most likely, we’ll come back with two families next time. There is also an excellent poolside sports complex behind the house. When we come with two families next time, we’ll probably spend more time there as well. Everyone who has seen the photos we took keeps asking about this place. Villa Roglic is relax house. The view is simply stunning.

The accommodation was perfect, communication excellent. We had everything we needed and the apartment was perfect. As other have said the music from the cafe/ restaurant/ bar below could be heard but it really didn’t bother us. We would most definitely stay again if we came back to Omis. Perfect hosts x

We stayed at Villa Zupa, situated about 1 hour and 15minutes from Split. The villa was immaculate, spacious and very well equipped with everything you may need. There was also an outdoor BBQ area, and outdoor kitchen, as well as dining area. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The area was very quiet, and perfect for a family holiday. There were lots of choices for restaurants half an hour drive in Makarska, as well as beaches and a marina. The host Josifa was extremely friendly, and helpful in pointing out local shops, restaurants etc… The pool was immaculate, and cleaned every day. I would highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful location, and are happy to hire a car to get around. We would definitely go back. Thank you to Josifa and pool staff for a wonderful stay.

Great Apartment in Fabulous Location We stayed at a 6-bed apartment in Split. The apartment was perfectly located for beaches and close to the old town. We had amazing views over the yacht basin and out to sea. The location is very convenient and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and homely. It was well-equipped with all amenities and very clean. We appreciated the change of bedding and towels halfway through our stay. We really enjoyed the aircon - it was very warm during the 2-weeks we were there.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay at Villa Allina I had a wonderful time at Villa Allina in Zatoglav. The property is extremely well-maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The spacious pool area was perfect for lounging in the sun, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a great place to unwind, with a beautiful view over the surrounding area. What made the experience even better was the hospitality of our host, Mirela. She was always kind, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel truly at home. Access to a full range of sports, just across the road. The villa offers a complete stress free break in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Suitable for couples or a family. Would highly recommend.

Die Ferienvilla war traumhaft schön – in jeder Hinsicht. Sie hatte eine sehr schöne und luxuriöse Einrichtung und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen Balkon bzw. eine Terrasse und ein sehr gemütliches Bett. Die Küche war wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich war ebenfalls ganz toll; uns haben auch die unzähligen Kunstwerke begeistert, die wirklich im ganzen Haus hingen. Da wir ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter hatten, haben wir auch Sauna und den Fitnessbereich gern genutzt. Der Außenbereich übertraf unsere Erwartungen, z.B. der Pool war riesig, der Garten wunderschön, man blickte überall in die Natur und hatte vor und hinter sich beeindruckende Gebirge. Es war himmlisch ruhig. Das Haus hatte sehr viele verschiedene Sportmöglichkeiten - und das alles in Alleinlage. Uns gefielen am besten der Tennisplatz, die Minigolfanlage und die Boule-Bahn - alles mit Nachtbeleuchtung. Außerdem gab es auf dem Tennisplatz einen Basketballkorb, Fußballtore und das nötige Equipment in großer Stückzahl, daneben 5 Fahrräder mit Schlössern und Helmen. Sensationell! Der Kontakt mit den Ansprechpersonen war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und unsere Fragen und Wünsche wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Vielen, vielen Dank, es war wirklich ganz großartig!
