Expensive items and rude, uninterested staff. For example I wanted to get my rear wiper and the guy said they don't have it on stock but they can order it. So I asked when to expect it and the guy replies "i don't know. Next week if I remember ordering it." What kind of answer is this? The whole attitude is like this. You feel like you are asking them a favor to find you the item you ordered and will pay for it.
