I made an online order from Ikea, and accidentally loaded the wrong delivery code, although the address was specified correctly. As a result, Ikea canceled my order without warning, allegedly "returning" the money to the card. Almost a month has passed, the money has not arrived. We are talking about an amount of more than 600 euros. Ikea responds to all my letters with formal replies. I even went to the store specifically, where the girl promised that the money would be returned to me and the manager would contact me to tell me the payment number, as my bank asks. No one contacted me, the payment number was never given, as if this was some kind of secret information. This is my own money, which I can not get back. Complete indifference to the problems of the client. Why can't they return my own money and force a regular and loyal client to go and beg for it?! A complete lack of customer service, as if the company employs bots that cannot solve any problems. Total disappointment. UPD Hello, MORE than 1 month passed, but I STILL did’t recieve MY money back, more than 600 euro. But I keep recieving formal reports from IKEA that my money is under review. It’s a lot of money, a whole salary, and it seems to me, that IKEA is not even trying to help me. You just took my money and don’t send it back to me. All deadlines has passed, but we are still at the beginning point. Are you planning to send my money or I will recieve emails the rest of my life? Me personally came to IKEA and the manager reassured me that her colleague will contact me. Noone did. Two weeks passed since than. No money. I am desperate and definateley warn others that it happens in IKEA. And what's most surprising: customers have absolutely no protection tools. You can't write anywhere except for the mythical email where you get bot-replies, or go to the girl at the reception at Ikea, who doesn't solve anything at all. The feedback form - write to Facebook. Are you serious?! By the way, there is no feedback form there, I checked. I will write and update my post here until my situation is solved because it turns out that Ikea only works with "good" reviews, and prefers to simply ignore its own mistakes. IKEA just taked your money and doesn't bother. I would like to see how all the IKEA wokers who write me formal replies would act if the company didn't pay the salary for a month or more. Wait for new email and stay cool?!

Unskilled, unprofesional, rude installers. They destroyed the ordinary skirting board for the kitchen and left the white silicone because they dont have transparent ones. And when I asked them to come back to fix it, they said that I should do it myself. Then I waited for them for 10 days until the silicone hardened, and when they came, they said that they were not sure that when they slide the skirting board, you could damage the worktop.If its chalenge for them thats really disaster.

So, I need an app to scan a product that I then can check out at the selfcheckout register? Why not cut down on the selfcheckout registers and allow me to pay straight from my phone after I select my items thru the app? 🤠 Needless to say that it is recognised as 'get your own stuff', while some of the items from the list 'will be brought by the staff to the pickup counter.'. 🤦‍♂️
