Schöner Laden und wirklich sehr gute Produkte. Habe bisher in jedem Urlaub hier eingekauft. Heute leider ein nicht so erfreuliches Erlebnis hier begahabt. Beim Einkauf ist mir ein Honigglas (7€) aus dem Einkaufskorb gerutscht. Der Besitzer meinte, "ich muss das sauber machen, machen wir einen Deal, sagen wir 10€" ich hatte das so verstanden, dass ich für das kaputte Glas und ein neues dann zusammen 10€ bezahle... wäre für mich total in Ordnung gewesen und hätte ich als überaus kulant empfunden. Da der Besitzer gerade noch in einem Beratungsgespräch mit anderen Kunden war, habe ich zusammen mit meiner Begleitung das Missgeschick beseitigt und auch den Boden gesäubert. An der Kasse dann die Überraschung... ich habe das abgestürzte Honigglas voll bezahlt und weil ich selbst sauber gemacht habe, wurden mir die 3€ Reinigungskosten erlassen. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt und empfinde ich als äußerst kundenunfreundlich. Mir geht es hier nicht um das 2. Glas, dass ich auch bezahlen sollte, sondern dass mir allen Ernstes 3 € für das Aufheben und Wegwischen berechnet werden sollten. Wir haben heute zu dritt über 200€ hier ausgegeben. Ich denke da wäre ein bisschen mehr Kulanz durchaus angebracht. Die Produkte sind wirklich sehr gut, lokal und durchaus zu empfehlen. Auch der Laden mit dem dahinter liegenden Garten ist wunderschön. Bin trotzdem leider sehr enttäuscht, von diesem Erlebnis heute.
