Poor customer service. As another review says here, I had trouble downloading the sheet music I purchased. I followed the directions given, tried on Chrome, and tried on another computer before emailing customer service. I received a response quickly and was told, “Please follow the directions given to download a PDF. It’s very simple.” This message is not helpful and I found it dismissive. I followed the directions given and was still unable to access the music. A blank window popped up. Hoping for a refund and better customer service for others. I will not be using this company again.
