Katastrofa od katstrofe Rutar Ljubljana. Maribor baje enako. Oktobra že plačali sedežno. Danes konec marca še zmeraj nismo dobili. Vsak dan novi izgovori oz. LAŽI. Ogromno znancev ima oz. je imelo enake težave. Plačali, čakali par mesecev, nato pa vrnejo denar, še prej pa prenašanje lažnjivih trgovcev. Ne priporočam nakupa v RUTAR trgovini.

To sum up: Friendly staff but deceitful practices. Had much better experiences with other stores such as Lesnina and Ikea. I bought a living room there and was assured it will arrive assembled. Upon arrival everything was disassembled and when I contacted them they told me that “most furniture arrives assembled but they don’t guarantee it and it depends on the supplier and not them”. Not what the salesperson said when he was selling us the living room… I also bought some lights from them. They had half in stock, but they had to order the order half. After having already paid for everything and transported half of the lights to my house they informed me that they won’t be able to supply the other half, again putting the blame on one of their suppliers. I had to make another trip there just to return the lights I already owned so I could get a refund.
