Geweldig mooi en groot stopping center aan de rand van Zagreb, Kroatië. Van de huiselijke boodschappen, tot aan luxe artikelen en van horeca zaken tot kleding. Hier is werkelijk alles te krijgen. Zoals vrijwel alle shopping centra in Kroatië is alles in de puntjes geregeld en staat de klantbeleving voorop. Eén klein voorbeeld zijn gratis, schone toiletten. Daar kunnen wij in Nederland een goed voorbeeld aan nemen.

Das Einkaufszentrum überzeugt vor allem durch Leere, etwa die Hälfte des "Zentrums" ist leer. Frage an die Geschäftsführung: soll das Parkhaus als Treffpunkt für Jugendliche dienen? Samstag, 26.7., gegen 20 Uhr, vor dem Parkhausausgang sind etwa 15-20 Jugendliche neben ihren Autos,mit Klappstühlen und "chillen"??? Oder handelt es sich um ein Treffpunkt für illegale Wettrennen von Jugendlichen??? Als Kunde fühlt man sich nicht sicher!

Pretty sad place. Many empty stores. No electronics store that we could find. Electronic directory map is out of service. Maybe it used to be better, but now appears to be a failing mall.
