Before I called this taxi, I checked the reviews, after seeing that they were all positive, then I called them. They said they would arrive in 5 minutes, after waiting for 20 minutes I called them back to ask how long it would take for them to come pick me up . When I called them they were like oh yeah I'll be there in 5 minutes but it was like they even forgot about it. After another 15 minutes I decided to call them again, they hung up and texted me "I'm at the bar" I was surprised how a taxi is waiting for me to go find them wherever they are, I even told them I don't know much about that city so I would wait at the place I told them at the beginning ( the main bus station of the city) . I decided to call them again and they started shouting and said "No, I'm not coming". So this taxi driver wasted 1 hour of mine and I was very late for my appointment. I don't recommend it at all. They will ruin your day with their insults and waste your time. Even 1 star is too much to rate.
