I can’t give full marks as I unfortunately was not allowed through as their computer system was down. The border officials were super friendly though and clearly explained the issue and even helped me program into Google maps the next available crossing that would be able to help. Given this polite interaction, I have no doubt that had their system been working, I would have had no issues crossing.

Entering Bosnia, leaving Croatia. We arrived at 11:30am with a German camper van, EU dog and USA passports. Exit window- waved through. Entrance window - stamped the passports and sent us on. Customs - English and was very cheerful. Looked at passports, saw dog, saw plates. Laughed and chatted about USA politics and said “enjoy our mountains”. Done. Never left the front seats. No inspections. No hassles. Your experience may vary.
