Wonderful accomkdation with direct views of the town of Cavtat from the balcony. We had a great week here. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen and sven a dishwasher. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The owner, Tinka, is absolutely wonderful. She has thought of everything and we even got freshly baked croissants every morning in a small basket that she hanged on the door handle. Such thoughtfulness! The apartment has a jakuzzi on the balcony, a gate at the entrance which is always locked and you get a code that you enter when you want to come in and go out. There is a beautiful outdoor area where you can sit under the trees. The villa is just across the road from two sets of stairs that lead to the sea with several smaller beaches.

Absolutely perfect. We were greeted by tinka who showed us round the apartment and welcomed us with some homemade grappa, then her husband Milan took us out in the car to show us around the area, places to eat, drink, relax etc. Both of our hosts were so helpful and so welcoming, we were treated more like old family friends than just paying guests. They were great fun as well as being super helpful. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely well appointed. Even nicer than in the pictures. The beds are comfy, the air con keeps things cool and at night there is almost no noise to be heard in the bedroom, not even from traffic. The view from the terrace is gorgeous, you have tinka and Milans beautifully kept garden beneath and beyond that, an unobstructed panorama of the sea and islands/coastline. We would have breakfast with a view each morning (expect fresh baked croissants delivered around 8am, another plus from tinka and milan) The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a hard day sight seeing and the whole area of mlini, srebreno and cavtat is beautiful and well worth exploring. We will be back, best holiday we have had in years and a massive thank you to tinka and Milan for being the best hosts we could ask for! They are honestly fantastic! Oh, and, if tinka ever offers you cake that she made herself, take it! You will not find better pavlova, even in fancy restaurants! If you can book villa casa milolaza, do it! unless you're trying to book on days we want to reserve in which case, back off, they're ours! ;)

Ein traumhafter Ort. Wir haben eine Woche in der wunderschön bis ins Detail eingerichteten Unterkunft verbracht . Es fehlte uns an nichts . Es war alles vorhanden . Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst von tinka mit einem traditionellen Schnaps begrüßt im Anschluss hat Milan uns eine kurze Rundführung durch die Stadt gegeben ,so wussten wir gleich welche Wege wohin führen und wir konnten unsere Woche entspannt starten . Jeden Morgen haben wir ein Croissant zum Frühstück bekommen welches wir uns bei herrlichem Blick aufs Meer schmecken lassen haben . Tinka und Milan sind tolle ,herzliche Menschen . Bei den kleinsten Fragen oder Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen . Wir kommen gerne wieder 🌞
